First off - the dry shortening that comes premixed into Bisquick is not enough fat. You need to add some cold butter to your dry mix and mix it around. Also, the wet mix is missing some garlic salt. I put minced garlic in my mix.
I am sorry to trouble you but can you include the ingredients and the instructions to this recipe in the description too? Sorry but I can't hear the instructions in the audio properly. Also, if you use the liquid form of the buttermilk (not the powered one), how much do you use? Thanks =D
I've been trying to make a replica of the biscuits for a long time but they never come out right. Very close, but not quite. It's so frustrating. I use a different ingredient from the one shown in this vid, though. I'll try the above recipe since I'm trying to experiment.
Crack biscuits is what they should be called Cheddar Bay Crack Biscuits. The fried zucchini was the best too. I use to drive 17 miles one way just to get some to go....you know they gotta be like a drug when you are going into another county for a supply. LOL Could probably sell these on a corner.

Seriously! I can so see them being sold next to the common corner-table goods. They'd sell, too.

I have made them so many times they are now called Crack Rings. They are UNBELIEVEABLE.

Plus, she didnt say if water is still needed in the recipe if u decide to use liquid buttermilk, this video pissed me off, the only reason I watched it, cuz I thought she was legit, apprantely I was wrong.
