  • can you give me a bumb key please!

  • after hitting the key with the object do u have turn to turn it fast

  • Hello

I would be limited by the locks I could demo if I only did ones in doors as you run the risk of damaging the lock. There is a big difference between locks in use and one in your hand - on other videos I put them in a vice to illustrate the technique.

Re dampener/spring spacings, the idea was that if you familiarise yourself with the required spacings of a particular lock, when encountering this lock on the job you will have a good idea.

  • @bumpfiend dude you are good at this......can a medeco...or a multi....be bump

  • @holywar911

mul-t-locks can be bumped - check out ukbumpkeys (google it) they sell mul-t-lock bump keys and the forum has loads of videos and discussion about bumping them.

  • Im with you ''recallUK82''... Chris you mention dampners and springs which i agree are better than reseting the key each time.

Telling people how to line them up on the lock. How do you do that when the lock is in the door? As a working locksmith bumping is

hell of a lot diffrent with the lock in the door as having it in your hand. If you are going to demo bumpkeys demo them with locks in the door.

  • Very interesting vid, put a spring is a very good idea !

have to make some bumping keys ^^

  • i prefer a crowbar or some body force on the door for silence... less tools too :)(

  • you don't need tyo have the pins perfexctly lined up - there's a few more methods fo bumping - look for my video - wrongly spaced bumpng' etc

    UK Bump Keys

  • How are you supposed to use UK Bump keys. The shouulders have been completely removed!!

  • The shoulders have been completely removed so you can use dampeners, springs, pre-setting and loads of other techniques. That's a weid comment since I've got about 20 vids of me opening countless locks with no shouldered keys

  • How are you supposed to line up the pipns tho, when ur not using any extra techniques?

  • By counting the pins as you go in!

  • Yea but you cant do that when the lock is in the door or on a fixed point??? Why would i want to open a lock i have in my hand??

  • why?
