  • why censor what is been said on the streets ?

  • she's so sweet!!

  • I don't think they cut it because of the Africa line. 30 Rock does all kinds of racial and ethnic humor. Once, Tracy called Liz a stupid cracker and just recently Jenna had the line, "I can't sleep with a Black guy or I'll lose my NASCAR endorsement." In context, they were both hilarious. So I doubt if this was cut for content, probably just for time.

  • I would f that blonde so hard.

  • The scene where Jack and Tracy are in therapy and also when Jenna wears black face are ten times more offensive but they are on the show so I don't think it was dropped for being offensive. They have also said the N word on more than one occasion. Jenna had to replace the jacket 'cause she burnt it.

  • Goddamn, is anybody else tired of episodeninja people spamming everything 30 Rock? GTFO, spammers. We know you just want to infect computers and steal money. MOVE ALONG.

  • err maybe they deleted it because its long and unimportant and not that funny? I seriously doubt it would be because some people might get offended, since there are millions of satirical jokes on race in 30 rock.

  • cambada de filhos da puta

  • chill the hell out guys.

millions of people watch this tv show, and they'd rather be safe than sorry.

  • Huh? What's wrong about the Africa part?

The Africa part is actually a parody of white people, since there's that whole thing about white people liking to touch black peoples' hair (because omg, it's SOoOoOoO different!!!) that tends to piss off a lot of black people.

Maybe they got rid of it because they expected that people wouldn't get the joke and would take it some other way, but it's really not that offensive.

  • Uh, what exactly is the relevance of this? Even though it's statistically accurate, it's frankly more offensive to say that the presence of blonde-haired white people defines a nation as "developed", Many individuals who are doing just fine (plenty of food, sufficient health care) but living in a rural area, tribal environment, central Africa, etc. rarely or never see whites.

  • its offensive because not only is blond hair a recessive trait its very rare in africa, so they are naturally fascinated by something they havent seen before.

  • Cry me a fucking river. When it comes to feeling offended in the realm of comedy, look the other way. Fucking bleeding Christ on the cross.

  • I guess if you look hard enough, you can find offensive intentions in everything...

  • even in my reply, yes this one, it is.

  • Geeze. I was answering a ******* question someone asked "why is it offensive?". Sorry if I answered a question. Mccnuget, anyone with a name like yours would have to be a lonely lesbian. Go **** yourself.

Besides, everything you said was almost complete opposite. I never said anything about being sad, nor did I say anything rude or offensive, not unless your offended by the sad truth. XP

  • blah blah blah. This show was ment to be funny. ITs not a political show.

  • @brycebidwell Actually, it's not. White hair is something desired in certain Black cultures. It's part of a Western hegemony. Since when have Whites wanted Black hair? It's the other way around, and there has been plenty of literature circling this fact.

  • eh.. America, you censor too much...

  • @Abcflc you aint kidding, its really pathetic and another reason i hate this country.

  • Yeah, I think that too. I mean the african part is a little bit hurtful, although I love Jenna, she's my favorite character.

  • Well, this would be helpfull in that episode...

  • They only had to get rid of the africa part, I was confused as to why SHE had to be the one to replace the jacket?

  • because she was the one that burned it

  • Well I know that, but the episode dosen't explain why Kenith can't replace it. (I haven't seen that episode for awhile, lol)

  • well because he's afraid of the head page who will use any excuse to fire him

  • lol funny but I'm guessing the Africa part is why this scene ended up on the cutting room floor

  • i dont get the africa joke???
