If you watch closely, what you don't hat. you can see that he uses mostly 6 fingers and some times 8

at 1:20 you can use 8 fingers

so if you lack 4 hands, then you have 2 fingers or less on every hand

If you can't get the midi download the pdf music sheets, of the song. You can get them at Josh's music sheets, once downloaded use a program called SmartScore Pro X to convert the PDF music sheets into a Midi ;) If you can't do it pm me and i'll do it for you and i'll upload the midi on megaupload or hotfile. See, i'm kind, I share ^_^
