There is ZERO silat in this. Every single move in here by Jet Li is Kung Fu (yes, the origin of the tonfa weapon is China and not Japan) while the black belts are likely Karate or possibly Kobudo since tonfa training is not common in most Karate.
This is from Kiss of the Dragon a very good Jet Li movie. This is Chinese martial arts. I would really reccammend watching this on dvd because the part that is 1:17 - 1:23 Jet Li really did that and it looks amazing in better quality. (Fun fact: for the part I just mention [1:17 - 1:23] special cameras had to be built in order to capture Jet Li's high speed movement.)
