evo, and sti are not rice. evo would be an american car if eagle was not bought out by mitsubishi. all japan did was take the 4G63 motor that was found in talons and they made it better.

My example of a typical chicago ricer would be a civic (most likely a mexican driver) with some sort of wanna be carbon fiber hood and a body kit that isn't attached correctly with rims and a coffee can muffler and an abundance of decals/stickers.
