The guests for these rooms at WDW and Disney Land are chosen randomly by computer based on their entry tickets. There is no criteria and no way to request or pay for a stay. It started with the year of a Million Dreams and kept going but the only way is to be randomly selected.

Not true. The suite is not availble for for rent at any price; part of the magic is that anybody can stay there. A person is randomly selected every day to stay in the Castle, among many other amazing prizes.
In California it is Sleeping Beauty's Castle, but Florida's is Cinderella's Castle. Last time I checked, Sleeping Beauty didn't have a glass slipper. ;)

For the year of a million dreams they would randomly pick people and I read somewhere that after that they let disabled kids and people like that stay there for certain reasons but I'm not sure if it's true. One day maybe it will be rented out but I'm sure not for a while.

I think what you mean is that the cost value of the prize for tax purposes is $572. You can't book the room for that but if you win the prize and can't stay the night, they compensate you otherwise. I'm guessing that they offer you some other package involving food, tickets and accomodations OR if you insist, they will give you a check for $572.
The winner is picked before noon from a randomly chosen place and time in ANY of the Orlando Disney parks. Odds of you or someone you went with are in that spot are about 1 in 15,000. For legal reasons, a winner doesn't have to go to the park, so a daily mail drawing is made also. Those winners and any in-park winner who can't make it to the park in time get an alternate prize worth at least $572

The winner is picked before noon from a randomly chosen place and time in ANY of the Orlando Disney parks. Odds of you or someone you went with are in that spot are about 1 in 15,000. For legal reasons, a winner doesn't have to go to the park, so a daily mail drawing is made also. Those winners and any in-park winner who can't make it to the park in time get an alternate prize worth at least $572

@poop1is1cool1wakakak i know isnt fort wilderness somewhat fun!!! cuz i just came back from disney world about like two or three weeks ago (btw it was my first time in disney!) and we stayed in fort wilderness! we were only about one or two blocks away from the "Chip n' Dale campfire and sing along!" me and my brother were so close we could walk there and be there in about three minutes! or we could take the golf cart and be there in one to two minutes!!!

Man I wish I could stay there... But until my dad dies or quits his job, I'm ineligible because my father works for ABC and counts as a Disney Cast Member. =/ That has its perks though.

It was originally built for Walt Disney and his family but was never occupied. It's not a hotel, only certain people who are randomly chosen buy Walt Disney World cast members can stay in it and 2007 is the only year that anyone can.
