  • Well done Marcus. You are a talented poet and a good man for producing this documentary. You are to be commended. May the victims of this and other awful crimes against humanity be remembered through your work and that of others.

  • @jasma98: Thank You so much!

  • Hitler chose his path and dragged europe down with him, the soviets would'v imploded if he'd left them to it.as they eventul did.we no longer play follow the leader. Thankfully

  • i will not make any attempt at subtracting from the tragedy of this situation, however, stalin killed or starved to death over 40 million of his own people to force them into compliance with the new regime. what's really sad is that the victors write the history books and they're always slanted . whether it be the romans, british, germans, russians, jews or americans, the fact and sad truth is that the insatiable desire for power is always the driving force behind such atrocities.

  • Thank you very much for your work and contribution to the noble cause of presenting the truth about the most horrifying event in the human history committed by germans and their savages. There is no punishment that would adequately match this crime. I curse germans and their DNA forever.

  • @mk181818: I deifinitely understand your anger, but let's please try not to generalize; there are many good German people as well.

  • @mpmarcus3 This liberal stuff I leave for you (to sort out who is who). My point is totally different. If Jews were held for about 2000 years responsible for crucifixion of their god and as collectively guilty nation, please allow me to apply THE SAME STANDARD to others and to ALL GERMANS in the first place.

  • @mk181818 I prefer not to adopt the standards of those who perpetrate evil.

  • @mk181818 @mk181818 @mk181818 And there were good (sadly too few) Germans during WW2 who disagreed with the monsters - my grandfather was one. And don't forget all Europe (for 2,000 years) and the U.S was anti-Jewish. For instance, the U.S. turning away shiploads of Jews fleeing Germany - knowing if the refugees could not find a new home it was back to Germany to their deaths.

  • @mk181818 There is a massive difference between a German & a nazi! The german people were brainwashed, just like we are by main stream media.

  • @mk181818 don't blame people for what politicians do.

myself I'd like to see more info on history's biggest Holocaust, the 1066 Holocaust that wiped out most of Britain

  • @mk181818 You obviously have not even a basic grasp of human psychology. It has nothing to do with Germans kiddo - it is with your attitude towards race that allow events like the holocaust occur, grow up.

  • very strong images ..and very sad...does eveyone know about the russain deaths..?

well..they suffered far worse than anything in this video,,,and more were killed....

we must never forget history..or we will repeat it..

  • How about the 50 million gentiles who died during ww2

  • Why did the Nazis also slay Slavs? I thought a lot of Slavs had blonde hair and/or blue eyes? Or were they mixed with darker features back then that pissed off Hitler?

  • I wonder Michael ,do you get disturbed as I do when you watch all the Holocaust footage? On the Movie Genocide narated by Orson Wells, theirs a beatiful full breated naked woman sitting on the ground trying to cover her self and a Nazi guard is standing over her, A little girl crying and looking at the camera in the Warsaw ghetto, In a diffirent horrible ,a little girl crying and trying to keep her little brother moving to stave off death ,also looking at the camera This images haunt me.

  • @TechNubian1: Yes, I was haunted by the images when producing the film.

  • @mpmarcus3 Sorry , I wont keep bothering you brother, but I need to say this. Their exist no footage of what the slaves went through for 300 hundred years in America ,or any subjugated people in the world for that matter ,and the Nazis actully made the first film of a poguom of any people .Making it possible to see the looks on the faces of the victums as well as their tormentors.

  • @TechNubian1: If their was footage, you can be sure I or someone else would have produced a similar film on slavery with actual archival footage. I'm sure you can imagine, however, the type of treatment many African Americans did receive just by watching film clips during the time of Dr. Martin Luther King and Desegregation.

  • @mpmarcus3

Why would the Germans use Jewish hair for the women's wigs?

Considering the views that Jews were dirty etc.. one would imagine that using their hair as wigs wouldn't be the first thing on the minds of the German women. Not trying to take away from your video, but that seems slightly ridiculous to me.

  • O Boże co Ci ludzie przeszli.......tak mi bardzo Ich żal.Szkoda że większosc filmików nie ma polskiego tłumaczenia....

  • Good film, but Blacks were not yet fully targets because so few were present they were low on the list. Had Nazi's won, tens of millions of Slavs would have been gassed before they could expend the effort needed to find & eliminate such a minute group as European Black people. The big trouble with mass murder--you always need more people to kill when you finish off victims now present. A question: why did Ukrainians, who would have been gassed, support the murder of Jews & Roma?

  • Killing anyone in any way other than defence, or making excuses for it via they aren't liked is foul.

  • how can someone "deny" something they have never even done

i believe the terminology is there to imply guilt over people who had nothing to do with it

yad vashem said the soap and lampshade stories were not a lie they were a "mistake"

something happened - but there are a lot of lies for reparations and i dont believe there were gas chambers

i heard a survivor talk about how his whole family were killed and he had 3 operations in the camp - so why didnt they kill him? why operate?

  • @timewilltell7: I accept this comment because it is posed as a question illustrating a need for knowledge and I invite educated viewers to answer this inquiry and perhaps open a discussion.

  • @mpmarcus3 . i have 3 points to make. 1. 60 million people died in world war 2 yet why is the death of 6 million people considered more important, when the british fought for the freedom of britain. 2. How is it that when people question or deny the Holocaust they are prosecuted and it is illegal to deny the holocaust,m they are obviously covering something. 3. did it happen in Palestine? why are the palestinian people paying for this if it did happen

  • @LiLQ786 the reason why the death of 6 million people is given greater gravitas is because these people died with seemingly no actual reason. Thats what genocide is. And secondly the reason why people prosecute the people who say the Holocaust was a lie is generally because those were the same type of people who allowed such events to take place inside of germany and Poland at the time.

  • @LiLQ786 1) Because most of those 60 million died as a result of war, not as a result of racial genocide (I fail to see the relevance of the British comment). 2) I don't agree with the laws, however many countries do not have those laws, and the majority that do have no law pertaining only to the holocaust but laws that cover the denial of any genocide - are they "covering something" with all genocides? 3) The Palestine issue is separate to an extent, but one that I also disagree with.

  • @paulski1966 In 1920 the protocols of the learned elders was held up as a fake .. The people who exposed it as a fake pointed out the Jews created Bolshevism and Communism under Marx and later Lenin and Trotsky(All Jews).. The Jews actually stand by that fact but refuse to acknowledge the 60.000.000 that the Bolshevik Communists murdered .. Surely denial of that atrocity should be a crime .. Collectivism is going on in Palestine today..

  • @owainglyndwr16 I do not normally react to people with secret profiles, but: what makes you think that Lenin was a Jew? Lenin's background is Russian (and maybe Tartar?) and Orthodox. You should get better informed about the way communist regimes treated Jews from the very beginning. Besides, the so-called Protocols were fabricated by the tzarist secret service. No wonder that educated Jews joined the October revolution if you consider pogroms common even in the ealy 20th century.

  • @timewilltell7 Watch the video "Auschwitz Alemao em Territorio Polones : Documentario..". It's in Portuguese, but you don't have to listen to it. Just watch the scenes, including the cadavers and ovens, etc. to understand better.

  • @timewilltell7 The Nazis did not always kill their victims, but used them for other purposes, perhaps even more evil than killing! Josef Mengele being one such who conducted surgical experiments which were nothing more than torture. You should state who this survivor is and the surgery he or she underwent. Perhaps this surgery was done to prolong the agony or worse.

  • @timewilltell7

Its quite easy to deny something ever existed. For example, I'm an atheist.

In this matter however, The Holocaust is far too well documented that to simply turn around and declare "I don't *believe*..." is simply an inadequate excuse. "I don't believe" can't be a justification purely because this isn't a theological dispute, its history.

The reason the Nazis had the concentration camps is because they needed a workforce... I shall continue tomorrow.

  • @timewilltell7 If You "don't believe" in gas chambers, go to The Archives of The Auschwitz-Birkenau State Museum, and familiarize Yourself with German detailed plans of KL Auschwitz-Birkenau, cost estimations and other documents available, made by Zentralbauleitung der Waffen-SS und Polizei Auschwitz O/S, with gas chambers and crematoria clearly shown, and signed.

  • I know what happened there and it was monstrous. Those who deny the holocaust are nothing but evil Jew haters. I for one can assure you that I will teach my children the truth about the horrors of the holocaust and if Iran attacks Israel, I will gladly go and fight them to prevent another holocaust. CANADA IS WITH YOU!!!

  • @xxxGiggadyGiggadyxxx: And America is with You!

  • @xxxGiggadyGiggadyxxx // Do you fight for the Palestinian people to?

  • I am so happy that there are no comments against the jewish people. Me myself is jewish. I hurts me that there are the deniers in this world. I just hope that there is no more killing in this world.

  • @swarso1: You're Welcome! Hateful comments against any religion, culture, or people and or incorrect historical information or documentation will not be tolerated.

  • @swarso1 So be it!

  • @swarso1 Lets start in palestina.

  • Thank you for doing this. I used the example of your experience and video for a mock lesson plan to teach an 8th grade class about the Holocaust. I support Holocaust education fully and I am going to keep all of my research, including your video to use as teaching tools when I graduate and get my own class. Very emotional and moving.

  • @Jess97603: Thank you very much Jess! Showing the film to your students as an educational tool is the exact reason why I produced it.

  • Something probably outrageous but true.Jews through out history have earned this.

What I mean is that Jews are too accommodating to the people who want to kill them, during WW2,Jews actually believed that by complying with Nazis everything would be OK.

This brings us to today, rather than kicking Arabs in the mouth, they want to negotiate with savages who believe in eliminating them.

Jews please WAKE UP!!!,no more negotiations,no more concessions, remember the past as a guide to the future.

  • Thank you. A terrible time well illustrated.

  • @therobins99: I really appreciate your comment.

  • @mpmarcus3 I must admit I was nervous about the title of your work; I'd seen so many comments of deniers on other holocaust videos it had become emotionally consuming, which has made me a little defensive. I guess I was surprised at first that there seemed to be so few who spoke against them, but I think I now know why: When I addressed one of them the response was so snide and casual as to be more unsettling than any antisemitic rant.

That anyone still denies what happened robs us all.

  • @ancilodon: I completely agree with you.

  • I cant bare to even comprehend how humans can do this to another human this is what I call PURE EVIL!!!!!!!!

  • @ikeashiasanders29 Evil indeed.

Understand me when I say that I want actual footage to be found of the reported atrocities that took place at the hands of the Nazis.

Alas, but I have seen none. *sigh*.

There is footage taken from german soldiers as well as from allied troops and citizens.

And there is the war propaganda from that time period and written accounts of barbarism.

  • @Mr8studnu2: The scenes in this documentary were chosen after sifting through 80 hours of archival footage filmed by the Allied Forces during liberation.

  • @mpmarcus3 Yes, indeed. Nicely done.

Theres also a few snippets from the movie Shindlers list as well :-)

  • @Mr8studnu2: Yes, there are a couple of clips with the permission of Amblin Entertainment and Dreamworks SKG, but 99% of the documentary is original footage.

  • thank you Michael for your effort in making this film for my self i can not understan how any one can say it did not happen

  • well done . . . a difficult subject, but a critically important story to tell . . .

  • I have a lot of sympathy for those who died and were degraded by the nazi and I also have as much sympathy for the people of Palestine, today's truth about infants being killed for no reason other than because they are not jewish. People will always kill to advance will other suffer as did the Japanese with the atom bombs the Russians under the hands of Stalin, the blacks because of the British and on and on. So this is no more special than any other killing spree by any other country.

  • @deckape69 There is no comparison between the deliberate extermination of millions of Jews during the Second World War, and the unintentional killing of Palestinian children who are used as human shields by Palestinain terrorists who themselves are trying to kill Jews.

  • This is excellent. Thank you.

  • @meriharary: Thank you so much for the comment.

  • This was very moving. I am writing a book of Holocaust poems now, about 20 poems. It's a masters degree project. This video and poem was very inspiring. Thank you for posting it.

  • @meriharary: Best of Luck with your Master's Degree!

  • And there are still depraved people who look for every excuse to say it didn't happen, many of them on youtube.

One even said the killing of the disabled was justified, and he couldn't care less it happened!

  • Why on earth do they now also spread bloodshed and death onto other people, like the palestinians, (and other nations) who had nothing to do with the holocaust. You would think from knowing their own history, they would not let such a thing happen again to anyone. But it seems they only care for themselves, and fuel a paranoia of this ever happening again to them. so they launch pre-emptive strikes against other peoples, in a way (in their eyes) to protect themselves.

  • The Holocaust is not a Jewish issue.

    It is a Human issue.

Humanity will never forget, nor ever allow, such a monstrous deed to again take place.

As long as good people, of good will, stand together to fight the hate mongers of every stripe, will we succeed in that noble goal.

Hate mongers are weak. Together, we are strong, and we will always defeat them.

  • @skeilak We already failed to prevent "such a monstrous deed to again take place"...

  • Zionism is to blame as are Nazism. But I will always love Jews and Germans. Too bad about Pol Pot, Kosovo-Bosnia-Serbia and Rwanda, too.

  • Very well done. Touching.

  • 7000 ss officers worked at auschwitz killing innocent men, women and children, and yet only 800 of them animals were brought to justice.to the survivors i salute you and to the dead may god give you eternal peace R.I.P

  • Just read an article this week that stated that 1 in 5 Germans did not know that Auschwitz was a death camp. This is why Eisenhower told his men to take as many pictures as they could. He knew that, in the future, there would be those who would deny that it ever happened.

  • I laugh at the people who say the Holocaust never happened or that the #s are inflated. I ask then, what about all the american soldiers who witnessed it first hand? or the Russians? or the survivors? or the German soldiers who admitted it? or the piles of bodies found at the dozens of camps? They deny it because they weren't there and as history fades there's always those idiots who open their mouths when they should do a little homework first. They just look like total ignorant morons.

  • @chrisGTO66 I appreciated your comment very much. My grandpa was drafted into WWII when he was 18 as a paramedic. He was one of the first men to step foot into a concentration camp after the war overseas and the stories he had was so horrible he had a very very hard time talking about it. When he and a couple of his buddies went back many years later and took a tour....

  • @chrisGTO66 I have done my homework. He who wins the war gets to tell the story of what happened. Life Magazine was one of the first American magazines to cover the liberation of the concentration camp prisoners. What they observed, but were prohibited from reporting was the fact that outside of the camp perimeter, in the towns in the same vicinity as the camps was the same starvation and dead bodies strewn everywhere. These were regular working class German Citizens.

  • @chrisGTO66 it happened and the pepole that dont want to belive it are the pepole that dont like jews ,your right what you are saying.....

  • I think one of the problems with history is that the holocaust is repeatedly focussed on the Jewish victims and many do not realise it was far wider than that.

We know 6 million jews died but the total number was between 11 million and 17 million depending how the overall number is calculated.

If the lessons of the past are to be remembered through the generations the whole story must be told, not just part of it from the Jewish perspective.

  • @TheSpiritof1969: Correct...That information is expressed in the opening commentary.

  • @TheSpiritof1969 Very true. Over 20 million Soviet deaths, and perhaps 25 million Chinese deaths from (1937-45). Jewish lives are not any more important than Russian or Chinese lives. WW 2 was about much more than the Jews, a basically European domestic wartime issue ( although cruel).

  • Weatherboi. What does being "jewish" mean? Are you asking if he is a Jew or not? And,whether he is or no,how does this affect the truth?

  • i commend you for your efforts Michael, but unfortunatly the very nature of man is of a violent, greedy, power hungry beast. Man is the worst mammel on the earth, kills for sport, kills for personal pleasure, lies, and commits horrible acts of inhumanities. It has been happening since the beginning of homo sapians rein and unfortunatly will never stop because even in 99.99% of people change, there is always that 1 man who takes advantage of them. Sad but true. Great film. 400k greeks died too.

  • @chrisGTO66: Thank you for your comment and the additional information.

  • Thankyou,I'm disgusted by the revolting deniers!

  • @bess1953 Don't be Bess! There will always be discusting people in the world. There are more good people in the world than bad. Not for much longer I am afraid.

  • I sent my son to auschwitz with the school. I could ill afford it but all the young must know what people can do to each other. I think all children should go then may be this will never happen again. Here in England we remember the victims every year.

  • @Detonationsdetektor: You're Welcome Wolf.

  • Michael, I am not Jewish, but I am outraged by the holocaust, and I am outraged that people try to deny it ever happening. This is one of the best posts on YouTube. It honors those lives lost in a tragedy that must never ever be forgotten.

  • @MrVidiofan: Thank You! I really appreciate your comment.

  • No, i'm Sorry And i don't say what happened to indians in the us or in soviet gulags was nothing... But german death camps was the first Time in

History a Government developped mass murder in a industrial way!

  • Thanks, and you did a good job in putting together this video.

  • Michael, just wondering, are you Jewish?

  • @weatherboi: Yes!

  • Never Forget the 30Million White Christians that the Soviet Union sent to the Gulags. Most of the Bolshevics just happened to be jews. Never let the Truth get in the way of a good yarn.

  • I thank you for your video. Many today deny the holocaust. Contempt for the Jewish people and Israel has permeated the upper levels of the U.S. government. This is evident by the present administrations attitude towards Israel. I am ashamed of my government but I love my country. I know the holocaust is real. I have an Uncle who was a MP in the Army during WWII. He saw and smelt the carnage in the camps first hand. He also rounded up Nazi war criminals for the trials at Nuremburg. Never forget.

  • I am of the opinion that the myth of "authority" is a major cause of the Jewish Germans and Poles not fighting back at the time the Nazis came for them. Also, this myth of "authority" is what kept decent Germans from doing the right thing, and actually helping the atrocity come to fruition.

  • This very same thing was done to The American Indian a hundered years earlier.

  • Thank you for uploading this video !

  • These people are not forgotten, they are in Jehovah God's memory where he will bring back to life each and everyone of these poor victims.. They will live again on a paradise earth free from this ugly hate controlled by Satan the Devil. John 5:28-29, Rev 21:3-4

  • Michael, thank you for taking the time to put together this firlm so that we may never forget.. My father was in the Army Air Corps and helped to liberate camps. He carried a Jew on his back for 4 miles to a medic camp. The man weighed no more than 60 pounds. He had nightmares until the day he died for what he saw.

  • @dcc4uandme: Your Father was a very brave man and a Hero!

  • @dcc4uandme Bless the memory of your father.

  • Never again. Amen.

  • Thank you for your contribution! Nonetheless, what about people in Palestine,Chile, Nicaragua, Venezuela etc., they had their holocaust as well! And native Americans are in camps even today, is it not disqueting??? Please answer.

  • @dharmatmaram agree.

  • The Deniers want to deny the Holocaust because it is an indictment against the entire human race that it is capable of horrific cruelty and cold blooded mass murder. The potential is in every human being and humanist and liberals want to deny that fact.

  • Thank You...for your contribution to keeping the information on the Holocaust alive. It is not often that we see young people who want to know, or even care about the past. The hidious atrocities of this genocide need to remain forever alive. To forget is another form of denial ....

    Open eyes...

    Open ears...

    Open mouth...

    Open mind...

Means the truth shall never cease its existence..

  • @bayougypsy: Excellent Comment...Thank you so much!

  • Let us all help to speed the day when this wonderful earth and its rich resources are held in common for the benefit of all humanity.Workers of all lands unite.

  • Very well put together. What a bright future you have. God bless you young man. Your parents must be proud. History likes to dust and clean things up a bit. They don't teach you the fine details in school of what really happened. Being African American and Hispanic, I have researched slavery for many years. The horrors they suffered for nearly 400 years are made to sound in the school books as if it was a decade and nothing more than they plowed some fields.. set free. the end.. Peace

  • @indibabs122275: Thank you so much for your great comment!

  • Oh, Michael, and my father's damily was among the murdered, all of them...my father survived in a POW camp in Germany after being captured when Polish Army capitulated in October 39. My father's family was so large and I would have a large family too...they were all killed in Ukraine. Now, after my father died, I am alone, no family, nobody to call my own.

Why do people hate so much? Why is there such cruelty?

  • @BytomGirl My great great grand parents were killed in Poland when the Germans found out they were hiding a Jewish family. The only one who survived was my great grand father because he happen to not be home at the time of the raid otherwise he would have been killed as well.

  • @Skimsoco76 Your family were all heroes and kind people. Pity that only few people in Poland saved those poor Jews. I salute all your brave family!

  • @2010rawtruth :. How were the Poles supposed to save more than 3 million Jews when they themselves were subjected to the most brutal treatment at the hands of the Germans and the Soviets ???

  • @whaddupmf history has it that the entire polish officer corps was murdered.

  • Its hard to believe that human beings can do something like this to other human beings. May those souls who suffered in the Holocaust rest in peace.

  • I've been always fascinated by evil and the lack of remorse of the Nazis. I cannot ever ever understand....EVER! Unthinkable!

  • @TopandTang I´ve been always fascinated by the lack of remorse of many people in the USA and Canada. They´re still living on the occupied land of Millions of murdered "Indians" (which are the real Americans - by the way). The evil can be very near - sometimes!

  • How am I suppose to believe in an all-knowing, all-loving God and reconcile the images of this documentary. I will try, but so did they.

  • @hansenjack1 God has nothing to do with this. Why is it that people seem to never think of him when good things happen, but always blame him for the disasters and tragedies. Human tragedies are human made. God suffers from what we inflict on each other just as much as we do.

  • @hansenjack1 Why is it man doesn't take responsibility for what he does, but blames God who did none of it?

  • Beautiful video, I cried.

  • Awesome, very well done. It's like 40's style, but modern.

  • thank you for this touching film, people should never forget. i have four children and eight grandchildren, and i weep for everyone who were tortured (in many ways) and killed. especially the children. may they all be at rest. jim, scotland.

  • @MrJimmyboy1972: Thank you so much Jim! What a beautiful comment. Michael

  • Forgive but don't forget

  • I don't doubt it at all that it did happen. There will always be people who don't believe

it. Just like racism it happened and all i can do is make sure that i am not a part of it today. Lots of things in life that happened was wrong and i pray that things like this

never ever happen to anyone ever again.....Daisy

  • I know an older woman personally that was a child in a concentration camp. Anyone who thinks this did not occur is a complete and total idiot.

  • I still cannot believe that there are people out there who do not believe that the Holocaust happened . Shame on those people , hang you heads in shame . My grandfather was an artillery col. and witnessed first hand what went on in 2 camps .. He started to drink after the war due what he witnessed. It was a nightmere, inhumane treatment of babies , children , men and women !

  • Thank you for posting this video, I think it's very important that people continue to acknowledge the events (and even the existence) of the holocaust today as it is slowly slipping out of living memory. The amount of people who claim it never happened from this current generation astounds me. sheer, sheer ignorance.

  • These people were taken from their homes taken from there kids, parents and families! They were striped and tortured, punished for being Jews! UN-JUSTICE! Today lets pray that never again! Never again will this happen and lets pray that Hitler burns in hell and that those people who suffer so much rest in peace!

  • לא לשכוח לעולם מה שקרה למרות שיהיו אנשים שירצו לומר שלא הייתה שואה בכלל- לא נישכח לעולם

  • Im doing a research paper on Holocaust Denial in my English class. The deniers have no proof, but the survivors do.

  • NEVER AGAIN !

  • @ACTIVESYS1 100% agree. I must say i have tears in my eyes every time i see those terrible pictures/videos from the most horrified period in the history of mankind. I just want to be a kind of God so i could prevent it form happen. Please why should it happen. Its a good proof that manipulation can make mental weak people to do the worst possible crimes.

  • @ACTIVESYS1 Ok! and what do you think about Palestina?

  • this is so sad ,,,

  • we will never forget

  • For people to doubt this took place really scares me ive been to Isreal 5 times and the funny thing is im not jewish i met many people nothing but kindness its very important that you continue this movement never forget what happen to the people of your country ive been to the holocaust museum its the only place that makes any grown man cry peace be with you

  • Micheal,

You will be a very useful servant for world zionism. Are you planning a political career?

  • @MelbourneMr Well said Sir!

  • We will never forget and the memory will be carried to future generations.

  • This film and poem were powerful.Great job-wish you never had to write it,though.

  • I enjoyed this very much. You did an amazing job. I dont know if you know this but the little boy at 3:46 lived. Both his parents were killed and his brother vanished. his name is Tsvi Nussbaum- at the warsaw hotel on july 13th 1943. The picture after that also has a important person, Elie wiesel is in it. 2nd bunk from the bottom, 7th person in. This was really powerful, great job.

  • @soccergirl2594 I am so glad to hear that the little boy survived.....i have seen this image

so many times its ingrained on my mind and represents the holocaust to me.

I visited auschwitz some years ago.....so sad so evil so peaceful.
