Hi i'm having trouble with the heatshield inspection, i have no idea what to do the RMS arm, i know how to maneuver the arm, but should i do?

i have a problem i don't know what they mean by using the left keypad? can someone tell me how to use the left keypad for entering those numbers?

Is SSM2010 a new game or just an update for SSm2007? I´m thinking to purchase SSm2007 but when there comes SSM2010, I will wait.
