His voice is WAY too deep for that, though. Interestingly enough this is the only scene where Yuri actually says it's not too bad.

somewhere near the end of the game, go to the guy who made you the outfit and he will give you costume of the character you chose to seduct the guard with for free, the rest you wil had to get the materials for him to make it
