@mechaspark1 To be totally fair, the Fair Use clause only covers so much. Using small clips for commentary is all fine, and clearly covered, which means Machinama should be safe. However Lets Plays and Commentaries would be under the most fire since they use most of the game. It's the same with movies and television, you can't show full episodes or movies but you can show clips.

Nevertheless, I would gladly urge people to vote against this bill and help out.

It's just to unconstitutional, for one it violates freedom speech, another the whole game industry WILL keep yelling at Congress to keep the bill from getting passed (okay not the whole game industry but most of it). And even if the bill did get passed, game companies would most likely put some small line of text telling the player that they CAN post game-play videos. My point is they would do SOMETHING about this.
