You are missing the point, if you judge him by how he preaches and where he preaches you've missed the point. I am speaking on how and where he started. You asked why is he pretending to be Orthodox? I am saying he is not pretending. You should look at he credentials and let the facts speak for themselves. If you know Arch Bishop Veron Ashe you would realize there is no reason for him to pretend to be anything.

His personal call is to bring ancient truth to people that will not hear, read or know about it. My personal testimony is that after hearing him preach for 2 years I studied Orthodoxy and converted. How ironic. The "true" Bishops were never used by God to reach out to me. I now attend the Greek Orthodox Church in Columbus Ohio thanks to the divine intervention of the Spirit of God through his servant Bishop Ashe. There is nothing sad about that. Christ is Risen!

The same Canon estblishes to Go to all the world and Preach the Gospel. That is what the Fathers did and placed their lifes in danger. He was not ordained by a canonical bishop of any of the canonical Orthodox churches, therefore he is not considered to be an Orthodox Priest by the Holy Orthodox Churches and would not be allowed to serve in any of the hundreds of thousands of canonical Orthodox churches throughout the world..

I was his sole musician for 10 years, & have known him for 15 years. I was there when he was ordained, & through the entire process of our conversion to orthodoxy. Please, tell me your source, & I'll quote the man himself. He was indeed apart of the Indian church (ordained by Mar Joseph Vredenburgh in 1997) & his ordination was then acknowledged by the Syrian Orthodox church (overseen by Mar Kurilos).

Well, to be Orthodox you have to be recognized as Orthodox by one of the major Orthodox churches (Constantinople, Antioch, Jerusalem, Alexandria, Russia, Serbia). Typically, being in communion with the Anglicans disqualifies you from being Orthodox. If I'm wrong about the Anglican thing, I'm sorry. What is the name of his Patriarch?

Note that being Orthodox is much more fluid than being Catholic: you don't actually have to be in communion with anyone, so long as your theology's good.
