  • I really like dhis video of urs because it is all about: 'Basketball drills' which is getting warm up before the game are going to get it start it, it's imporant to strach the lower body of the legs to impovent it by drills and speed workout like one you see an NBA basketball game as well. Even if is take a drills about three hour to do so, just being hontes here ;) so i'm going to givr it a 4/4 :)

  • first of all you cant do strethes that last more than 2 seconds. It injures your muscle tissues and its proved by trainers.. smh at this guy.
