The Mississippi Howl is not a dog. It could possibly be a Sasquatch. We're known for sightings here and I myself heard something exactly like that, but we don't have wolves, coyotes, or dogs around. The Knocking and Mysterious Whooping could be it too. My brother went camping once and heard that.

Little known fact:

About 2 nights ago I heard a loud whooooo-op sound come fround the woods right behind my house. The forest is about 40 feet from my house and it sounded about maybe 90 feet away at most. It was very very distinguishable inside my house. It was a long whooooo sound followed up and ended by a op sound. Like whoooooo-op. It in turn made an owl make it's whooo sound. Weird how when one species makes a sound it makes other species respond. This is TN , but it may be sasquatch. First time hearing it

The 911 call happened here in Washington State, near the town of Kingston on the northern most end of the Kitsap penninsuls which is surrounded by Puget Sound. I've met and talked with Bob Gimlin and we're both positive the sasquatch wasn't wearing a manufactured costume. You must be sniffing glue sir. I have hiked in North America, and believe me, a creaure such as an ape could definitely survive here. It is possible. An example would be in April last year, a brief footage was shot of an unkown ape in Africa... And the howls are not of any known animals..Close analyzation has already proven so.

While it is a protocol to ask for the location, put in mind that the officer was probably just as shocked to hear what the eyewitness was reporting, as the eyewitness was to see the creature. This is a legitiamte call as it is against the law to fake such calls: doing so would cause jail time, and fines.

The knocking was interesting, but I doubt it was anything genuinely unique.

The Whooping sounds like a bird, even if it were at night, i doubt that it's anything except a bird.

I don't give any of these a valid seal of approval. 6'9" isn't that tall, especially if the person were wearing a hood and boots, that's a good 2-3 inches there, I'm already at the height.

The Location in 911 calls is usually asked for at the beginning btw.
