This trailer tells me absolutely nothing about Halo4. Let's hope Halo finally gets back on track and has a single player worth playing again, otherwise I'm not throwing away another $60 on a 4hr campaign.

I think that planet is Onyx, Onyx is a "shield world" constructed by the foreruners and if you read the halo books Onyx is where the surviving spartans and Dr.Halsley are left. Its just a educated guess though because the object looks core-ish and the planet the surviving spartans held out from a covenent fleet in the core of the world brfore the outer planet blew up. You would understand better if you read the books.

@AncientAz At the end of the game it never specifies that all of the air has escaped. The ships in Halo (like sea faring ships) have sections that can be sealed to prevent flooding (or in space, leakage of all of the atmosphere). If you assume that some air remained in the pressurized portions of the ship (just cause Chief is floating doesn't mean there is no air, just no gravity) then there is likely some moisture and thus frost. Any change in velocity or direction could dislodge some frost.
