  • Banjo Pilot is better than Mario Kart Super Circuit

  • Better than Banjo kazooie NUTS (REPHRASE NUTS!) AND BOLTS

  • nintendo never sold rare, microsoft didn't do shit, rares good people left and rare sld themselves.

  • do you know what's weird, microsoft bought rareware in 2002 and this was made by rare and nintendo in 2005, and later on nintendo and rare developed diddy kong racing DS, did nintendo buy rare back?????????????

  • @NiGHTSfreak235 No, Rare still develop for Nintendo's portable consoles because Microsoft don't have any of their own.

  • it was first diddy kong pilot I HATE YOU MICROSCOFT!

  • @Imaytper but they kept the real rare voices from diddy kong racing

  • I really need to get this and Sabrewulf.

  • @Nalowee I'm not the only one who noticed how ironic that was?

  • For some reason...

You slow down when you fly offroad. Does that make ANY logical sense whatsoever?!

  • Mario Kart(for snes) + Diddy Kong Racing = Banjo Pilot.

  • What's the point of planes if the courses are 3 feet above the ground?? .___.

  • and banjo kazooie n uts and bolts was allright

  • im a real huge fan of banjo kazooie/banjo tooie on n64 butwth is thisi mean im not paying it out its just some of the dumb things for example why dose kazooie need a plane

  • @Derrickee3 how old are you and what kind of games do you play?!?!!?!?!?!? I really miss the old Banjo Kazooie and Banjo Tooie for the N 64.

  • @Derrickee3 no it wasn't, it was horrible

  • better than nuts and bolts...

  • This is one of the worst games Ive ever played, I played it once, and never again.

  • Wow, great graphics for a Game Boy Advance game.

  • Banjo...pilot...

More like Pilot Wings + Banjo kazoie + Mariokart...

  • Wow. Rare pwned nintendo with their legit 3D maps compared to nintendos crappy mode7 shi*.

  • As much as I love banjo-kazooie, this looks like a bad/boring race game....BUT I have never played it. So...I guess I shouldnt have an opinion of it.

  • This is as clunky and lame a game as I've ever seen.

  • Something I don't understand is that if microsoft owns Rare how did they get to make games on the (Nintendo) gameboy? Did Nintendo give them permission?

  • @Josh59906 It's because Microsoft currently is not in the handheld gaming market yet so they can't really lose money on that platform since they don't have that market.

  • @PrimeTimeJprime And it may push up sales of BK games on the 360

  • and they thought diddykong was similair to mario kart?

  • they should have made Banjo Kazooie Kart!!!

  • This would have been great on the DS

  • @Cogniwave Nah I don't agree. Gameboy was the best.

  • what the!?

  • no matter how old this game is its still the best just like mario

  • play that fuckin fiddle mambo play that fuckin fiddle mambo, I WANT TO PLAY BANJO KA ZOO E!

  • Why are all these character racing games just clones of Mario Kart? Can't a developer come up with a different concept?

  • Let's alll boycott Microsoft and rare until they give us a good banjo game!

  • Nintendo can be a dick sometimes.

  • wow this is terrible

  • Nintendo should have never sold Rare off.

  • @SmashingExpress because that's totally what happened.

  • @mrandrew095 It is. Microsoft bought the 51% of Rare that Nintendo refused to buy, and Nintendo didn't want to share with a competitor so they sold the rest. Nintendo made over $375 million off of this deal - you can go look it up yourself.

  • Comment removed

  • @Atstyle Nintendo OWNED 49% of Rare. They chose not to buy the other 51% and they also chose to sell off the 49% they already owned. You can look it up online.

  • Banjo-Kazooie has such sentimental value to me.

  • gruntilda's lair is bange

  • this was the last nintendo banjo game.........

well at least the last on a nintendo console

  • Respond to this video... rare sucks now because the original owners of rare left and made timeplitters its not microsoft rare has made gamed on non nintendo systems before actually they didnt even start with nintendo

  • this music sounds like DK country 2.....

  • What the heck, Rare teamed with THQ for this? I guess it makes sense since Rare was bought in 2002 I guess, by Microsoft.

  • I also forgot to mention that this is more likely one of the reasons why Rare made Banjo-Kazooie Nuts & Bolts.

  • wait if rareware split with nintendo and changed their name to rare why do they still make some games on Gameboy and DS?

  • @RedLink1000

That's because Microsoft does not own a hand held console of their own, thus Rare can still make games for Nintendo's hand helds. Not sure how it really works, but that's the simple explanation.

So my guess is that if Microsoft ever makes a hand held console of their own, then Rare would no longer be able to make games for Nintendo's hand held again.

  • Microsoft really knows how to screw up a good thing. Rare should have stayed with Nintendo.

  • too bad the franchise went downhill

  • @Flashbang428 you mean a giant cliff

  • @clankb2o5 I blame Microsoft.

  • @SuperGinger94 me too...

  • wish nintendo had the rights to make more b/k games befor ty the tasmanian tiger came along banjo-kazooie 1&2 where my most favorite games to play on the n64 damn it i really hate microsoft.

  • This is good enough for my tastes. I've loved Banjo-Kazooie ever since i was little, the people at my school have never even heard of Banjo-Kazooie......Bastards

  • is it me or is banjo nuts and bolts not even a bleeding banjo game ffs?

  • @liquiceashley Actually the 2nd best one IMO

The first and second one were shamless mario 64 clones, the other GBA was subpar.

Try it, its a brilliant game.

  • You're on a fucking plane. What does it matter if you keep on the course or not? Cheat through the grass and win every game dude !

  • i love the theme music

  • i got so excited when my uncle got this for me.when i started playing i was pretty upset

  • O_O That music really dont sounds like Spiral Mountan.

  • @MertHacks Yeah, it sounds like the Jungle Hijinx/Japes music from the Donkey Kong series. Makes sense because of what the game started out as.

  • Look's too much like the mario kart for GBA

  • @Oxhorn1337 or that really crappy Cartoon Network racing game...

  • I Use To Have this game. But I Lost It A Long time Ago.

  • something tells me this was supposed to be a follow-up to diddy kong racing or something

  • i still cannot believe how much Rare pushed the hardware with this game in mode 7. Those visuals and textures are just phenomenal for the GBA system.

  • I honestly hope you're being sarcastic.

  • Not a bit. I know, the graphics are crap, but seeing them on the GBA is like seeing Crysis on PS3. It's just 'cool'.

  • Uhh, this isn't the N64, durr. Hey, Who Was That Faggot anyway?

  • Damn, I miss Banjo and Kazooie's Nintendo era.

God sometimes I really hate Microsoft.

  • When i see Banjo Nuts & Bolts i want just kill this mothafuckin bitches.

  • yeah microsoft ruined rare

  • @sebbef banjo tooie was one of the greatest games ever! what i would give for a sequal NOT on the 360.

  • @sebbef Listen, Rare was doing good untill 2000, The year of Conkers Bad Fur Day on of the few mature rated games for the N64. Due to bad sales of the game Nintendo sold RareWare. No Microsoft didn't ask to buy it, Nintendo made the legitiment douche-bag decision to sell them. Conkers bad fur day was great, but I like live and reloded better just for the graphics really. I don't get why they sold it. This wouldn't have happened if it had just been Conkers 12 Tales instead of Bad Fur Day.

  • @youtookmypoptart That explains it better than saying mircosoft bought them out of business.

  • @youtookmypoptart I like Live and Reloaded better too, but the multiplaer isn't as good as the old one. They should of added the game with all three multiplayers: Live and Uncut, Bad Fur Day, and Live and Reloaded. Then people would see the difference, but instead they left people with one multiplayer and a few modes like chapter x, vs., xbox live, and solo. Honestly I played and beat Live and Reloaded first. Then years later I bought the original along with an N64, and I started playing it.

  • @sebbef Download Projecy64 and play classic lovely BJ and BT :) I'm making Let's play now, but in polish language :)

  • @sebbef

    Yeah, I hate Microsoft

but at least we got to keep DK

  • @TheChoujinVirus who has been neglected for years before ''donkey kong country returns''

  • can someone say me how i can finish this game? i can't beat the record time on the first track.. is 19 second... there is a trick? sorry for this english but i'm italian

  • banjo pilot was apost to be did kong pilot but didn't really work out so they made this game

  • Oh so that explains why the music while racing sounds like the special stage music in Donkey Kong Country 2.

  • is this game worth getting?

  • the best racing game on gba best graphics best sound best gameplay this one feels like an n64 game believe it or not

    :0

  • thanks

  • why would kazooie need a plane to fly? wow this is dumb lol.

  • @N4o4N actually, kazooie cant really fly in general unless she's in dragon or wonderwing mode, so there.

  • @N4o4N Because she ran out of red feathers, you silly person.

  • @N4o4N BECAUSE SHE CAN!!!!!!!!!

  • @N4o4N she cant fly for every only a short time by her self!

  • @N4o4N do you think that a bird can fly as fast as a plane?

  • @N4o4N Makes about as much sense as Sonic driving a car.

  • @uncut7007 YOU NOTICED THAT TOO?!

  • @N4o4N same reason we use cars to get around, if she is racing other planes it would be needed...

  • banjo needs a plane to fly, and i think kazooie needs one because he cant fly

  • @LMAO2988 Kazooie's a Girl, and its Banjo who can't fly, kazooie can...

  • they should do a Banjo-Kazooie racing game for the 360.

    handhelds arent my thing.

  • I Agree, Handheld Racing Games Makes My Thumbs Ache

  • You mean Banjo-Kazooie Nuts and Bolts? Cuz thats already out.

  • Soundtrack from DK Country 2

  • looks like mario cart...

  • this is like diddy kong racing and mario kart

  • Because this was actually planed to be a sequal to Diddy Kong Racing called Diddy Kong Pilot. They changed it because Rare got sold to Microsoft.

  • I played the WHOLE game and when i started playing it it was a bit complicated. If you finish the whole game the RARE sign is blue when you turn it on

  • this mostley diddy kong racing rip off isn't.

  • why the hell does kazooie have a plane?

  • the same question goes too nuts 'n' bolts

  • nuts "n" blots her moves got taken away so she can't fly.

  • no good

  • but it does :I ...

  • its kinda like mario kart kind not a lot

  • the grafic is bad...

  • This looks like a shitty Mario Kart clone...

  • uhhh.......Banjo Kazooie Nuts N' Bolts sucks because it is not like the first 2 Banjo Kazooie games........not that I ever played the game or gave it a chance. I just saw the E3 trailer and saw you use vehicles in it.

  • ive got this, its so much like diddy kong racing for n64, its the same tree's too

  • This was originally going to be a game called Diddy Kong Pilot, but Nintendo sold Rare to Microsoft and the game was changed to Banjo-Pilot obviously.

  • That doesn't make any sense, Rare owns all the rights to Banjo.

  • Rare no longer had the rights to the Donkey Kong license, so they had to change the characters.

  • it was great the first 2-3 times.

but now it's just plane dumb!

  • @juterman

I can't tell if that was a "Ba-dum *tish*!" or a "Wow, one of your teachers failed you in your childhood."

    D=

  • this music is a remake of donkey kong country omg

  • well it has sense. banjo and donkey are from the same universe. btw banjo isnt in the ds version of diddy kong racing... why?

  • Because Rare works with Microsoft now, But they gave away the "Donkey Kong" part to Nintendo. But Banjo is still Rare's so they could add it to the game. :/

(I think it's something like that)

  • it make sense because conker didnt appear ither and he did in x box. thanks for the explanation dude. saludos de uruguay amigo

  • Do you think rare and midway will ever come out with killer instict 2

  • where can I get this? for 100 bucks on ebay? lol

  • this was origianly sopost to be a squal to diddy kong racing

  • looks like a cheesy mario kart ripoff...

  • Isn't that what Diddy Kong Racing was?

  • That was actually somewhat good, this on the other hand... well... yeah...

  • looks boring

  • the music sounds a lot like donkey kong omg! not a surprise though.lol

  • definetly another conker game should be made no question

  • rare should make another conkar game lol.whoes with me?

  • Definintly me.Coker Rules!

  • This is the only Banjo-Kazooie game that I don't own... and for a good reason!

  • @TailsFan92 Fuck everyone who gave you a thumbs up, this game is fun!

  • listen to the song carefully its a donkey kong song

  • Yeah, it's a remix of Jungle Hijinx. This game was originally Diddy Kong Pilot, so I guess Rare just forgot to take it out!

    ...or was just lazy.

  • now once i first dit sew those screenshots back in 2001,i was suprised about the mode7 engine.

but i tout that rare had change their mind to use instead the foxel 3d engine, after scrapping the motion sensor,i tout would be a decent game

but once release i discovered that the 3d graphics are cancled too.

what the fuck were they thinking are they misleading us again,it really pisses me off!!!

  • I Like How Kazooie Is In An Airplane lol XD

Guess She Doesn't Have Enough Red Feathers To Fly Normally lol

But Anyway, This Games Looks Fun Yet Hard To Control, This Is The Only Banjo Game I Don't Have (And Nuts And Bolts But It never Came Out Yet)

And It Reminds Me Of Diddy Kong Racing With The Airplanes, This Looks Intersting

  • this game was pretty good for the Game boy Adavance. All Rare games are good.

  • Grabbed By The Goulies and Perfect Dark Zero were pretty mediocre. Donkey Kong 64 had way too much collecting in it. Having to collect different colored bananas as the different Kongs was a huge chore.

  • DK64 was great... the other 2 where on the Xbox so of course it sucked... rare is horrible on the xbox

  • You say that like it's the XBox's fault not Rare's.

And DK64 was kinda mediocre IMO. You had to constantly switch Kongs to collect bananas, you had to play some of the same missions multiple times as the different Kongs, they re-used bosses. Just kind of struck me as a rush job. Like, they were going to add more missions/bosses, but Nintendo was pressuring them to release, so they just re-used stuff they already made.

But I guess the controls, level design, and graphics were pretty good.

  • yea... perfect dark was great on the nintendo.. the sequel was horrific on the xbox... conker live and reloaded was nowhere near as good as the predecessor... banjo nuts and bolts doesnt look as good as the first 2... and then they say the best games on the xbox are games like viva pinata.... makes me sick

  • But see, that's RARE'S fault those games were bad, not because they were on the XBox. You act as though if Rare made those games for the Gamecube or Wii they would have been good, which is utter nonsense. There's no logic behind it.

And Perfect Dark Zero was worse because the staff that made the first left Rare to form Free Radical, the creators of TimeSplitters. Again, not the fault of the XBox hardware or Microsoft.

And I think Viva Pinata is a great game. Don't know why it makes you sick...

  • you say that there could have been no way that the games would have been good on the gamecube and your wrong there... if it had worked before, it had to have worked again... its only logical. maybe the switch to a different company led to a downfall, which clearly shows by the difference of good games made by rare on the n64 then on the xbox... so you cant tell me its utter nonsense, because its perfectly logical

  • But you're missing my point. I never called the old games bad or the new games (PD Zero, Conker L&R, and Banjo-Kazooie N&B) good.

What I'm saying is that you were making it seem like if they made those games on Nintendo hardware instead of Microsoft hardware it would have improved the quality, which is illogical and makes no sense.

Their N64 FPS team still would have left, so PDZ still would have been crap. Maybe Banjo-Threeie would've been better, but only because they'd have made it sooner.

  • i understand your point completely... but there is more reasons for why it would have been better on the nintendo... first of all, nintendo took the rights of donkey kong when rare left. Now, Donkey Kong 64 and Donkey Kong Countries where great games... rare could have made more games like those, but couldnt cuz they left to microsoft... all im saying is, its pretty obvious that they would have done a lot better with nintedo. Maybe Perfect dark zero would have sucked... ill give you that

  • Well, I guess I just disagree.

Different characters wouldn't change anything. The quality of their games would probably still have gotten worse and worse over time.

And no, not MAYBE PDZ would have still been bad. The exact same team that made it for the 360 would have made it for the Gamecube/Wii. How in God's name would it have been better? I don't get your reasoning at all.

I think maybe you're just a Nintendo fanboy...

  • Would have been better on nitnendo because nintendo is a everybody console and thats what alot of rares games were. Donkey kong, banjo kazooie. Wii is a much more suited console. Compare what the new banjo kazooie looks like compared to the two n64 ones. IT looks shit. Xbox360 concentrate too much on graphics and satisfying an older audiance. You don't have to be a nintendo fanboy to see that. It's obvious. Rare would have beeen way better with nintendo. Oh well they screwed themselves.

  • Are you an idiot? GBA IS Nintendo. Also, are you too dumb to realize that this game was released a WHILE ago? Being on the Wii would defeat the purpose of Banjo Pilot being a game for a HANDHELD CONSOLE. But what else could I expect from someone who types like an illiterate dislexic?

  • Hey tubeviewer0057 what the fuck is your problem? And you call me a illiterate dislexic? For what reason? Do you feel tough now? Shit man your a jerk, if you had any common sence you would know what im not refering to the game in the video, I stated the xbox360 so it's damn obvious I meant the new banjo kazooie nuts and bolts game and I said that rare should have stayed with nintendo coz they are signed up with microsoft now. Haha man you are phyco and stupid.

  • I hope you realize that Nuts&Bolts is selling very well for both Rare and Microsoft. It is one of the most fun and addicting games that I have played in a long time.

  • If you say it's fun and addicting you should really play Banjo-Tooie, it's like 100 times better.

  • The original two Banjo-Kazooie games are like 100 times better than Nuts and Bolts.

  • I have played and beaten both Bnajo Kazooie and Banjo Tooie 100% through. Just because the older games are, you know, a couple of the best games of ALL-TIME, it doesn't mean that Nuts&Bolts is bad. It is a very fun game. Everybody bitched and moaned when Super Mario Sunshine came out because it was way different, and its the same thing here. It is a good thing that this game is selling well, because it means that they will make a true sequel to the previous games.

  • so nothing could have changed? if they still had donkey kong, nothing would have changed? maybe instead of working on 1 game they decided to work on another donkey kong game, you cant predict the future. i know that it would have been a lot different if rare stayed with nintendo because they are 2 different consoles, with 2 very different hardware and 2 different style of gaming. and i admitted before to how PDz woulda still sucked, but it would have changed, since they are 2 different consoles.

  • Free Radical was formed from Rare? No WONDER Timesplitters kicks so much ass!

  • yea and it has the same control from goldenye 64 the best game ever!!

  • It's kinda sad that this is the last Banjo Kazooie game for a Nintendo console.

  • If it's by THQ, you KNOW it's bad!

  • I bought this game in 2005, lost in 06, and found it in my basment yesterday. played it for like 3 hours straight

  • How could you buy this? it was un-realesed

  • Oops, sorry, i was thinking of the Donkey Kong one. sorry everybody!

  • jack-ass
