It's nice, but to slow for my taste. I think I sense a little uncertainty in the little choir, especially at their first entrance, and sometimes the tuning isn't perfect. A shame the audio isn't very good..
I agree about the audio point. I also agree about the Little choir, there is a kind of unevenness between the voices. We do not hear the bass enough. I disagree about the speed, Britten wrote "Andante lento, quaver 69-72". Maybe, not far enough in the dynamics to. Difficult master piece though.

Sounds beautiful! I've sung it myself with my chamber choir, me in the solo quartet (the phrases in Latin).
The changes of dynamics and tempo are nice, so is the articulation. Although the acoustics are not that great, I can hear every word.
Sometimes there is a very long break when the choirs are changing, but that's veriable by the conductor's interpretations. Five stars from me!
