  • REST IN PEACE

    Nicanor M. Campano(January 10, 1932 to November 4, 2011)

    Millan Villanueva, Jr.(December 23, 1953 to October 27, 2011)

Eternal rest grant unto them O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon them. May they rest in peace. Amen.

  • In the Name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit. Amen. REST IN PEACE We pray for and remember those who have died. Lita Abad Jose Amor Chiong Jr. Rudy Hernandez Tillie Liceaga Alfredo Gordillo Perez Timothy Michael Rivera "Whoever believes in Me, even though that person dies, shall LIVE." 6 Hail Marys in honor of the souls of the above persons. In the Name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit. Amen.
  • IN NOMINE PATRIS ET FILII ET SPIRITUS SANCTI. AMEN.

Eternal rest grant unto Terry Thompson, O Lord and let perpetual light shine upon him. May he rest in peace.

IN NOMINE PATRIS ET FILII ET SPIRITUS SANCTI. AMEN.

  • "These souls can help expedite situations ensnared by Satan's confusion. They can bring the light of truth into darkness. They can encourage in righteousness those tempted to sin. In short, such souls are strong intercessors between Heaven and earth."

"Once again, I come to thank all who prayed for me. Please know I am your Rachel - your intercessor before the Throne of God."

  • "You can never offer too many prayers for the poor souls. Purgatory is densely populated. The greatest suffering of these souls is to be separated from the Trinity Whom they now realize to be the One Most Worthy of their affection and ardor. It is much like being in prison, longing to go home, but unable to do so."

  • "The poor souls, whose release you acquire, are ever grateful and pray for your intentions without ceasing. So, you see, we are good friends, both in life and in death. Though the benefits of your generosity towards the poor souls is most often unrecognizable, I tell you, these fruits are all around you. Learn to call upon the suffering souls and souls you assisted in being delivered from Purgatory, as you would your guardian angel."

  • Rachel says: "Praise be to Jesus."

"You know me as Rachel. When I was in Purgatory, I was greatly helped by your prayers and the prayers of those you informed about me. I have been allowed to return to you today to plead the cause of so many millions still in the bowels of Purgatory that no one prays for."

In the Name of the Father, and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit. Amen.

Eternal rest grant unto my sister Noemi Sison de Vera, O Lord and let perpetual light shine upon her. May she rest in peace. Hail Mary, full of grace; the Lord is with Thee; Blessed art Thou amongst women and blessed is the Fruit of Thy Womb, Jesus. Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death. Amen.

In the Name of the Father, and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit. Amen.

  • Our purification is an absolute requirement, as Hebrews 12:14 states that we must strive "for the holiness without which no one will see the Lord." The Church teaches that when we die, we undergo what is called the particular, or individual judgment. Scripture says that "it is appointed for men to die once, and after that comes judgment"(Heb. 9:27). Oct. 22, 2011 12:45 AM

  • While we may die with our mortal sins forgiven, there can be many impurities in us, specially venial sins and the temporal punishment due to sins already forgiven. What would better prepare us for the beatific vision than the awareness of the tremendous gap between our sinfulness and the holiness of God? That realization is what can transform a sinner into a saint - the very reason for the existence of purgatory. Oct. 22, 2011 12:40AM

  • Purgatory is "like a refiner's fire"(Mal. 3:2). It refines and purifies those who at the moment of death are not good enough for an immediate Heaven or bad enough for Hell. The purification is necessary because, as Scripture teaches -"Nothing unclean shall enter heaven"(Rev. 21:27) and therefore a soul must be spotless before it can enter into the presence of God. • The New Catholic Encyclopedia defines purgatory as "the state, place, or condition in the next world, which will continue until the Last Judgment, where the souls of those who die in the state of grace, but not yet free from all imperfection, make expiation for unforgiven venial sins and mortal sins that have already been forgiven and, by doing so, are purified before they enter heaven." • Of the many misunderstood Catholic teachings, purgatory is often seen as the most embarrassing. Many Catholics find themselves defending a teaching that they don't understand. It shouldn't come as a surprise that many Catholics begin to feel uncomfortable with their beliefs and the simplicity and confidence of Evangelical Christianity understandably begins to look attractive.
