I preordered Donkey Kong Country Returns and I am definitely looking forward to playing it. As for Kirby, I think thats a very fun game. I am almost done beating it and I really enjoy it, the music in Kirby's Epic Yard is outstanding.

Something feels off about the graphics on the new DKC. I think it's because I was used to the way the pre-rendered graphics look on the old games.

Right now we seem to have the technology to make DKC look just like the old ones, but in real time and actual 3D instead of pre-rendered sprites. But the style of the levels and backgrounds looks different.

Actually, the gound attack and two playera at the same time are not new, you could do that in the originals. By holding down and pressing Y, you can ground-stomp, and two player co-op is available in the select screen. Just though I'd clear that up :)
