The world is full of self-centered people like this. the guy standing behind the driver is holding on for life. Not enough seats in this boat? I wouldn't go anywhere with this clown.

Look at what he's passing a bunch of pontoons an fishing boats, sure he'll look like he's flying by them when all they can do is what 15 to 25 knots and all he's doing is what maybe 40, 45 knots till he's clear of them then he lets her sing. not a douch just taking his time till he's clear and letting the girls do their thing. Man what do you think could happen if something broke at those speeds, don't you realize other people in small boats around you. @justbleeping Okay so there are speed restrictions and you're forced to go 'slow' between the channel markers...that's where majority of the fisherman are. once you are out in open water; across the bay or in the ocean if it's calm enough...thats where you open up and go fast! but we are always on the look out for other boaters and we'll slow down when we come close to other boats and obstacles like bridges. @keysmmzero well i can tell you that the boat doesn't put out a big wake, especially at high speeds...there's barely any wake at those speeds up to 100mph. there is no speed limit to worry about and plenty of open water to do it. when you find the right time, thats when you gun it. its a single-purpose boat, go fast and enjoy pretty much. i understand if you are a fisherman or whatever but I get a kick out of it and most other people do. its a really fun boat to ride

(3) Engines being Rebuilt/Replaced yearly (80K+) at a big loss...(4) Destroyed/Stolen within a year.....All at a big loss.

Nice vid but if you're going from the 700's to the 1075's wwhich use the 2.3 whipple and the dry sump #6 drives using syn oil, you should be able to get at least 115mph out of it if not more. With a blower swap to some bigger 2.9 whipples the 1075's turn into 1300's and really wake up...

At those speeds, in open water, I can't believe no PFD's on anyone though.
Hit one rogue unexpected wave and somebody get's tossed out instantly. That water becomes like hitting concrete at those speeds.

Funny about hearing. Back in the 80's I worked in a performance car shop in Calif. and the owner was an old motor man for off shore boats, here couldn't here a thing unless you were yelling at him or standing right next to him. Kenny was his name.. Fullerton Ca. I miss the Donzi's of ole.

Put scotch tape over the mic so we can hear the engines and not all that obnoxious wind noise! Too much time wasted on the slow ride out too. Cool boat though.
