You have deserts, mountains, cities, harbours all these stuff. And don't forget, San Andreas played in 1992, so then these gangs actually existed. Only because IV has better graphics and physics, doesn't mean that it is a better game. And before you call me an amateur, note that I've completed both games.

@cabutchei I understand what ur saying but games get UNFAIR score because of GRAPHICS. What i mean is: IGN reviewed both Call of Duty and Battlefield Bad Company 2 (for short BFBC2). They said CoD`s graphics and sound are great and it got 10 for both with a final score of 9.3 or .4 or .5 i cant remember but over 9 anyways. While BFBC2 recieved a 8.9 because they said the graphics werent `so great` and the bugs killed some gameplay. I think it is UNFAIR coz BFBC2 is WAY better than CoD.

@cabutchei And don't forget about all the bonus vehicles like the gocart, combine harvester, tractor, hovercraft (vortex), that you could actually couple a trailer onto a truck, that there were actually military vehicles like tanks (rhino) and trucks (barracs). All these things that are completely missing from GTA IV. Also, after playing San Andreas I actually went back to GTA IV and all the cars felt so sluggish, they are slow and have a terrible handling against San Andreas.
