do u get told off if u parkour outside the train station exit coz i live in rochford right next to the req and i thought bout parkourin on those slopes coz theres so many gaps to jump and vault but i coudnt be bothered to get in trouble.
oh okay, thanks for the info. If I end up moving to Colchester and once I'm settled in I will look you up through here and maybe go out and do some training.
While there's nothing majorly exciting, you obviously have some good technical skills (I especialy liked the wall-to-wall handstand). Also, good choice of music.
it annoys me when people ask me this, but i have to put forth the question... song? :P
that aside, it was a beautiful video, peaceful, showed parkour from a more layed back perspective than what is usually aired. Loved the placement of hands and feet, plenty of control shown, and the build-ups were nice (eg 00:52 - 1:08). Inspiring stuff, it doesn't have to be big to be beautiful =]
Haha this is rated negatively (-5 at the moment) and I can't help but wonder if he meant it in a good way. After all, it's peaceful music and calm training- maybe it was a compliment, not an expression of boredom?
Either my youtube is crashing or I'm seeing things... That comment I just made ^ was aimed at the comment by blakenibz somewhere further down the page. Brad, sorry for filling you page with my double comments :P
Nice training vid. Good to see this sort of training, looking at different ways of moving through obstacles to become more accustomed to ways that seem unnatural to us, if you get my meaning.
Sick arm strength on the handstand jump things too.
Given me some right idea's for new ways of moving just up the road from me ;)
Tunes imense, creates a great atmosphere with this type of video, thanks alot by the way all the advice n help you gave me at the peaks district probably unknowingly :P
loving the foot and hand placement, always essential and always makes for a good video! I loved the handstand plants, obviously shows the conditioings going well :)!! am looking forward to training with you again shortly (as trace ruled) peace out brother
Ey Bradd! Not if you will remember me. We was (Hugo & me) in London in March and you taught many things to us. I am charmed with your videos, you have style, flow... you dance with the obstacles.

how do the ariakes go for you?
i have had them for about 2-3 months, and the more i wear them the less i like them,
just wondered if it was a general thing or just me?
excellent video by the way, i like watching technical skill alot more these days, anyone can jump gaps etc.

ooh that didn't seem clear, by build-ups i was meaning how you worked on a technique and refined it from a bail(?) to the final product.
