It sounds like she paid for a train ticket and they put on a bus replacement service - stuff like that happens too often on the railways in England. If you pay for a train ticket, you expect to be provided with a train. If you pay for a train ticket, you would be allowed to take food onto the train. I don't know why it is any different just because it's a bus.

This is London all over, everyone is always stressing, so much so that they don't care about other peoples stress'. I got arrested the other day cause the bus driver refused to break a twenty pound note or accept a hand full of change, so I plotted on the bus and would leave. The only coach service I prefer is megabu.com, . nationalexpress have some of the dirtiest fleet of coaches with little leg room and high loads.
The train is akways the better option, and megabus are a great alternative.

This is London all over, everyone is always stressing, so much so that they don't care about other peoples stress'. I got arrested the other day cause the bus driver refused to break a twenty pound note or accept a hand full of change, so I plotted on the bus and would leave. Other passengers told me to get off the bus, I told them to no bloody way I tried paying but drivers just being a knob. A police woman came tried cuffing me, but i wouldn't give her my arm cause I hadn't done anything wro

Although the lady is causing alot of aggravation,the guy pulling her off the bus stating he was an inspector could of delt with the matter abit more suttle rather than using force which should really be the last option.All he did was show his warrant card saying'im the police' then pulled her off the bus causing her to fall badly.She could of had some sort of illness if not drunk(words came out abit slurred) just sad to watch really.
