This sounds like it could be in the beginning titles of a film. Like you could have a really dark and sad beginning where the main character is a little 5 year old kid walking home in the dark and rain with his parents when a murderer comes along and kills his parents, but he escapes. Then you get to 10 years later when he's 15 and this song plays and he's dancing and you have the beginning titles running, and possibly his guardians going mad (lol) Just a thought.
