i think it a good idea an all but it would be taking the life out of real hurling training... you know like jusdt getting stuck in on some hard drill like sticking it over the bar or getting rid off it... personally it takes the old fasion out of hurling... not my thing
Good question. I'd imagine it's a regular sliothar. I used to use a rubber one and the ball would go nearly too fast for you to catch it, so you'd end up easing up on the striking, which would be a bad habit to get into.
