@doran44: Actually, it wasn't their *only* North American hit, though I agree they should have had far more success over here; but for instance, when Bryant "Big Country" Reeves was starting at center for the (late, lamented) Vancouver Grizzlies, his entrance music was not this song, but "Look Away." (Which choice I never quite understood, but there was a lot about that franchise I didn't quite understand.)

Big Country should have achieved the same level of success and recognition that U2 received.
