I'm a young 18 year old girl living on my own while going to college. The insolation in my apartment is horrid and my neighbors are 30 year old druggies so whenever they get high and rowdy I can hear every blessed yell and cackle till the late hours of the night. My landlady is a very nice old woman but she is intimidated by them so there isn't much point to complain to her about it.. I don't really know what to do about the situation, they are very rude inconsiderate people with no intelect.

One option is to get deading foam, 4 by 8 sheet 2 inch sound killers. many people use them near air ports. or busy hi ways.

I have shit neighbors that moved in recently, we tried the nice approach...they ignored us and continued with their loud obnoxious music and engine reving til 4 AM, burning trash and old furniture in the yard which made the side of my house all black, allowed their dog to shit all over my yard...etc etc etc. We've called the dog warden, the cops, the whole 9. None of it seems to help.

These people move in 2 years ago and forced out people on both sides of the street with the way the act. We are zoned R1 but the zoning department said when they ask the Mcans they claim they are all related I said RIGHT and they all have out of state plates? I said what they have there is not a home that is a labor camp. I got rid of my Mcans when I finally went to the water and sewer board and told them they have so many Mcans living next door that they don't have adequate facilities that they have raw sewerage leaking onto my property they inspected and gone in a month was that crew.

We have a kind of community yard, everyone is allowed to use it. But, two particular children, trash is constantly. I had gone through the trouble of cleaning up old blankets used for tents, sticks, and trash, because I was having company over, and we planned to sit out side. While I am making dinner, the same kids, pull the same crap. So I enlisted all the kids playing outside, that every child who helped clean up, would get an ice cream cone from Micky D's. I got all 12 to help me clean up.

When it came time to walk to Mc Donalds, I announced, "So who wants to go to Mc Donalds and get some ice cream for their hard work?" The two of them ran to get permission from their Mother, when they returned, I told them "NO, you made the mess, we cleaned up your mess, no ice cream for you". They don't trash the yard anymore, and the ice cream was free with coupons.

I agree with the premise of this video but it wouldn't work in my case. My neighbor is a known rapist. He is currently out on bail awaiting trial. All I want is to just be ignored and left alone. He was constantly trying to get my wife to sleep with him in exchange for illegal pills while I was away at work. So I put up a sign in my yard that reads "Rapists are not welcome here." That just escalated things. Now I can't leave or come home without being cursed at. 3 years left owed on my home. SAD

I work at three and some times 4 part time jobs, all but one below minimum wage

without health insurance. but a few dollars up front compared to many dollars fighting

legal battles is dirt cheap. in the dark ages, Europe quite often paid the Vikings not to

there are souless people that can't be reached with kindness, but cash works quite often,

offer of little cash and more when they leave if they stop doing what bothers you for example.

if push comes to shove, camera;'s these days are cheap, and a witness that the court will find in

favor of, but hope it does not go that deep. as bad people quite often want to get even.

if possible push someone else into fighting them so they ignore you more also works

nothing knew I did for sure. , in the dark ages many cities including

Paris, France paid Vikings not to destory their cities. Vikings were monsters from the north,

stealing, muder, rape and slavery were your goal. Gold bought them off..

so it is today, that if a few dollars can prevent possible blood shed so be it.

but if the day blood flows, my other videos show weapons that may make the difference.

good tips. im too easy to go for all out war, hope this method works should i ever need it. keep enemies closer. worrying about new neighbours always ruins the excitement of moving house and its such a shame.

dont take to long on earth to learn to distrust & fear.

now there are times when personal war is a must

but never hurts to try talking, and cash or some type of peace offering goes a long way.

the cost of paying off those that are bothing you, is cheap compared to attorneys and

legal hassels, plus those that are abusing you most likely will get even with you

if you harm them in any way

Mexican music? do you mean mexican "country" music? In mexico just as in our USA, there is rock, jazz,classical, and country music. Only northern mexicans listen to that circus music you may deem to be "mexican music". Mexico produces some of the best spanish rock bands on the planet, look up Mana' for instance, does that sound like mexican music too? well it is...it's just not country...

a 150 foot micro wave tower about 140 feet from my home, and basement house.
