@meyonohkers123 It is. Seems to be the Play Arts Kai collectible figure. They all cost like $40 each. I just bought some myself and some of the Trading Arts figures. I plan to collect them all since they're awesome.

Just a suggestion put Charice name in your title. This theme song "New World" is from her second album that's going to be released in Japan first this Oct 5, 2011 and sometimes next year in USA. Great cover btw.. :)
