I want one like so bad but it's overpriced 374 bucks ouch, idk I might get one on my tax refund sometime early 2012 hopefully the price lowers, but lol you just created the world's smallest main computer XD
@PerfectBlade20: Well, you have to distance yourself from what is commercially available and look at it like this: you're not giving your money to Apple or Microsoft, you're giving it to a couple of guys that looked at commercial tech and worked to bring something unique and well developed. They use all of your money to create a great product, and offer the software and support for free, forever. This is a piece of design art as much as it is tech. It's pricey, but you'll be very happy with it.
@VoxMachina Yeah you are probaly right, there is nothing else like the pandora not even close, it uses a full desktop os just like the computers we use at home so it's a pocket pc and has gaming controls and so many games and emulators for free
@MultiGuitargod1 Hehe nice. Well I customized the look of the distro quite a bit to get it looking a little more cool and sexy, but it's pretty much stock linux GUI except for the minimenu, which is very controlpad friendly. But again, it works so well because it's configured for the OpenPandora and the OpenPandora alone. I gotta say I was pretty much a Windows user until this baby; now I'm a believer ;) The latest Knoppix is worth a try if you wanna switch it up a bit - it's very pretty.
@MultiGuitargod1: The OS is based on the Angstrom linux and customized for the ARM architecture of the OpenPandora. So the OS wouldn't run on any PC out-of-the-box, in much the same way that Windows can't run on an ARM system. There might be ways to get it to run, but all the features are specifically tweaked for the OpenPandora unit; none of it would work on a PC. That's probably why you can't find it, there isn't really any point to it. You can find some great Linux distro's for PC's though!
@wlyoo: I paid for a Premium Pandora; more expensive but you'll get it in 7 days and you're supporting the project. I've added the tutorials I used to install the Black Theme above, to the information, Also, I added where to go for your own Open Pandora and how to get the quickmenu bar on the right (Wbar). Check vid 2 for Emulation & Software. Thanks!

Good video! Two questions:
How quickly will get the Pandora?
How do you put the black theme and the bar right?
Sorry my bad english, greetings and congratulations for having the Pandora.
