the american rocketshild is build for secure a atomic US first strike because it has the possibilty to neutralize the rest rocket from russia after a first strike from US. thats why they want to build the rocketshild.

USA want "Carribean Crisis" #2? Maybe Russia should build missiles in Cuba again? Or what USA want, I don't understand? All last US actions are pure provocations. Nobody asked people in this countries, nobody asked other EU countries, just USA gave 20 billions $ and Poland of course agreed, because Kacinsky just a little puppet.
