Bang & Olufsen BeoSound 9000

They have stopped making this Brilliant piece of kit, mine is 7 years old and pisses on anything else.

Brilliant system; I've had mine for 9 years now and as long as they are kept clean, they never miss a beat.

I also attach my IPad and have all my music on that as well, listening via the 6 feet Beosound 1 speakers and sub woofer...

As they say, once you go B & O, you never go back.

Maybe if I were wealthy I would have a B&O system. I thought Bose was expensive but not near as much as B&O.

cant afford this but I have small headphones and bluetooth headphones - -" those are like 250 pounds each already. it looks cool but i dun think the performance is up there.

I have a beosound 9000 mk3 and a pair of beolab 8000 speakers and a pair of beolab 6000's acting as rear speakers and it sounds absolutely great. You probably could buy something that sounds better for less sure, but is unlikely to look anywhere as good as the B&O does and that is a fact.

I often wonder if the people who call this stuff garbage have ever actually owned or even heard this equipment before passing judgement?

actually it sounds like any other CD reader in the world, you sound like someone who knows nothing about sound quality. The design is fantastic and sound quality is just like ANY other cd reader it just depends on the speakers Ban and olufson speakers are great but this is just regular quality

i have only heard a B&O sound system once in my life, and it has changed it forever.  I WANT ONE! its just a matter of forking over a cheaper car for sound system that makes real life sound like crap.

the beolsound 9000 is around 6 000dollars, and the beolab5 (best speakers in the world) 20 000 dollars a pair... danish luxury at the best bro =D

Well oke its not crap but c,mon not all people just want pure audio people also want big 12inch subwoofers that shake there body's.

I had b & o a old tv it was the first tv with scart on it.

Picture was great nice widescreen to for an 1988 tv that was super.

But those things got a to big price tag.

... and the subwoofers IN the BeoLab5's will most definitely rock your world; to be honest, I find the bass in such speakers just abnormally good, listening to bass-intensive music with them will leave you speechless. Please do some research or at least know what you're talking about before starting this random babbling.
