yes your right nuclear fission does have waste for starters it would be stored i n yucca mountain several hundered feet below a desert (to avoid those pesky water tables) so it can be stored and dealt with till we can understand how to recycle the fuel (also a possibility) efficiently.

Global warming is not a hoax. In this last week Calif had weather in the high 80's (early April), up to 98 degrees yesterday (6:30pm) & 5 hours later low 70's, total cloud cover. high was like 76. Driving to the mountains as a kid .. bugs covered the windshield. 10 years later, trip up and back, maybe 3 bugs. Look at the weather changes worldwide, the glaciers.
