The grenade has a 10-15 meter delay so it won't go off when your in the blast radius. Standard rounds include high explosive, flare (for illuminating a battle field), marker smoke, and buckshot for close range anti personel. the m16 fires a 5.56 round at 3200 fps, this model fires a three round burst or single shot.
