  • well, after listening this i would say that if he can be my physics teacher at school........:-))

  • awesome teacher ! just when i needed it thank you!

  • Place slits in water and hold use laser above water look at end of beam not at slits then look at slits what u get is 2 beams crossing each other make sure it is dark.

  • He slightly reminds me of Doc Brown.

  • Wow! Awesome video to help me the day before my test on light. Thanks so much!

  • very awsome clip mate thanks but maby next time you don't shout the fysics, we can all change the volume ourselve. hahaha just fucking with you, brilliant clip mate thanks

  • 2:19 is a great dance tut as well! Many thanks! :D

  • That was not the famous double slit experiment.

That was a detailed explanation of wave interference using a double slit.

The famous double slit experiment deals with how photos acts like a wave (indicated by interference pattern) when light normally goes through double slits.

Photos act like particles (indicated by a bar pattern) when observed by a conscious observer.

Photos can interfere with it self (indicated by an interference pattern) when single photons are shot through the double slits.

  • wow just saved me 3 hours of reading

  • hmmm? ok,time to go to space now brb,

why does this entire outcome change when there is closer observation of the event, plus please please please teach me how to do that science writing stuff,it looks beyond complicated ,i really started seeing double while i was watching this, same thing happens when i try to read,it's why i watch youtube vids instead,

awesome explanation even though i got lost half way through ::)

  • thanks this is on my physics test tomorrow

  • thank you so much!

  • So helpful, thank you so much

  • I'm confused if the interference is caused by the wave length, then how can we observe the path of the photon and see the change in the light scatter? I also heard that recent experiments have shown, an action taken by the observer can retro actively change the path that the photon took. This experiment is believed to show that consciousness can effect the nature of the universe. Please could someone explain this to me?

  • very helpful and easy to follow. keep up the good work :)

  • this is great, thanks A LOT :)

  • mind blown! been out of school a few years, but i understood it (mostly) great teacher.

  • Hello! Greetings from singapore. I'm a college student and i guess my tutor will be doing this the next lecture. But i guess i understood much more ahead after watching this video. Very very well explained. Excellent. Thanks!

  • young's double slit experiment like you've never seen before

    watch?v=yNeHYhvQXic

  • the first darkspot appears when d sine teta is equal to half the wavelength so why did u half y (fringe seperation) instead of lambda(wavelength) ?

  • Thank you, u r better than my physics teacher

  • Brilliant, your voice is also awesome

  • It is very helpful. Thank you so much

  • @kaisaraal thanks for replying :D

  • thanks a lot for replying :D

  • Hey Professor Great video. I appreciate your effort. Amazingly understandable

  • i'm confused please tell me what is y

    but thanks

  • @marwakamel17 Y is the distance from axis to where both rays meet for constructive and destructive interference
