It's called "It Doesn't Matter," which has the same lyrics from Sonic Adventure for the Sega Dreamcast (and its DX remake for the GameCube) but was remastered for the game Sonic Adventure 2 for the Sega Dreamcast (and its horribly bad remake Sonic Adventure 2: Battle for the GameCube) and that's the version in there. Of course, if you actually looked at the credits, you would find it easier. Isn't that what they're for?
