Shakin stevens has made her famous, i had never heard of her except for the fact that her dad is legendary 1980s hit maker shakin stevens.

Think kim wilde and marty wilde..

Now you have Mike Barret and Duffy Barret ... alias shaky and Duffy.

wasn't she also in casualty or was that another duffy....

She actually SAYS right here right in this interview, that Shaky is NOT her dad!

She says it ´s true that theres roumers about that on the internet,, but hat those roumers are NOT true.

So whats there doubt??

Yeah her dad is from a suburb of Birkenhead called Rock Ferry..hence the name of her album and single. Its 5 minutes from where i live.

Very cleverly edited and a nice try, but all the real fans know, her dad's name is John Duffy who was born in Birkenhead and now lives in North Wales......

The Shakin Stevens thing was just a joke from some daft DJ.

PS Would Shakin Stevens have been invited to sing at Glastonbury this year, if it wasn't for this daft joke??? LOL

If the only reason they invited shaky was for this joke, then that is really sad and a reflection of the festival rather than Stevens - one of Britains biggest selling acts of the past 30 years!
