  • Thank you, thank you, thank you. At last a YouTube demo of this drum synth where you can actually HEAR the damn machine!

  • electrocomp!

  • what sequencer do you use with the Vermona ?

  • hihi :D very cool video ;)

  • fantastic idea on keeping your patch cords in a jar!

  • nice demo video / unboxing! Good variety of beats, showing off the different types of sound this machine can make. Note those "fat" kicks and claps, sharp snares

You can try and buy one of these in the USA from us at NoiseBug in Pomona, CA (LA Area)

    See my just uploaded vid!

  • you can use this to make hot reggae / dancehall beats

  • tight beats..nice programming

  • and will it react to dynamic playing?

  • can you trigger the sounds from a piezoelectric drum pad?

  • great video, but it misses a change from the tiny bassdrum character. the mk3 can also do cutting-through or boomish ones.

  • i was thinking of buying a jomox 888. Now I might end up buying the vermona + jomox mbase II instead as the vermona hh's and snares sound more convincing to me. Hard decision.

  • I have a drm mkii and jomox 888. The 888 rocks. Get both.

  • god this is such a great design.

why can't more companies design it with simplicity like this? I haven't seen a drum machine with seperate outs on the FRONT of the panel instead of the rear in ages. Now no more clumsily looking at the back of the rack to see which patchbay corresponds with which channel on the motu828. Just plug and play from the front of the unit. love it, i must get one of these. Sucks about the lack of midi automation though. Guess they want you to play live with it.

  • what's that thing on wire to the ear at 2:13??

  • All one channel.

  • is it all on one midi channel? Or does each drum get it's own channel?

  • each drum has its own selectable midi note.

  • Just put the beats you make with that thing through an enhanser and you got some good sound

it probably wont even sound analog anymore

  • No sequencer. Only Midi or trigger.

  • Vermona don't have a sequencer?

  • Needs more cowbell.

  • Yes, the kick drum (all three of them) can get huge. If your looking for super 909 style thuds buy a Jomox Mbase. I have both.

  • can you make big heavy kicks?

  • it's a nice thing isn't it, mine was a bit glitcy at first and the way the psuedo Reverb work isn't always perfect on mine.

But is lovely thing, spesh with all those separate outs.
