There is Ska from every Country. So why do the people use the j-
I also don't say USA-Ska or G-Ska or Fr-Ska... ;)
So let us say only SKA from everywhere, for everyone ^^

Though with music, genres vary depending on country. So it is valid in for this.
J-Pop is nothing like pop/rock from USA, which is nothing like the rock/pop from Britain.
It's all music though.
