Pac sounds different in this one because this was in 1988. So he was like 17. Which means his voice is more high-pitched than his voice in his later songs like "Hit 'Em Up, Dear Mama, Changes." etc.

@DragiTEaZZy lol, oh, yes it is, I thought him and his boy he rapped with sounded so similar and his flow was so different in the 80's, in the early 90's he sounded similar, but mid 90's it's the Pac that we're used to hearing.
