  • Looks effective, im gonna give it a go today. How often do you do this exercise/work your abs? I find after one solid session im stuffed for about 5-6 days.

  • @somedudey0 trainers that I have come across are generally ripped but not huge .... again some are more ripped and some are less ripped but are very fit

  • sorry but your perception of time sucks ass dude lol. ur 5 second count is lasting about 1 1/2 seconds....so if u did actually count it out for 5 seconds then yeah this might actually give u a burn but i still recommend ab ripper x to everyone. you'll hate yourself for getting into the workout but actually like how you feel after it. cus of the natural high you get from exerting your body

  • Hey. Just wanted to say a big thanks for sharing this video. I have been doing this exercise at least once almost everyday for a year now. Left a comment here when I first started it a year back. :) It really has majorly improved my body. Also decided to join a gym and improve myself further. You have a great attitude and a big thanks again! Keep up the tremendous work! :D

  • Im having a problem. My head builds up pressure as i do 10 and past that it feels like my heads going to explode and my brains are going to burst right out with full force. I also get a headache for half and hour or so. Is this normal? How do I avoid this (I think im doing something wrong)?

  • bro, u probably aint breathing properly. any exercise u do, ur breathing is the most important thing. if ur the exercise from this video then u should be breathing IN as you push ur legs outwards and breathe OUT as u come together. same with push ups, breathe IN as u go down and breathe OUT as u come up. try it...hope it helps

  • really five seconds you got there, i laughed when you said... "im suppose to be the guy in shape". i did a 12k fun run... my training doesnt really incorporate cardio. I was representing a fitness college and had the tshirt on. People that didnt look fit at all passing me by!... i was like damn im ment to the be the fit guy! lol.
