  • She was a treasure!!!!

  • My favorite "Here's Lucy" episode was when icon Elizabeth Taylor and Richard Burton did a guest spot...when Lucy put on Elizabeth's million dollar ring and couldn't get it off....hilarious!!

  • I love lucy and the golden girls.

there will never be shows that can match those EVER

  • I -3 Lucy

  • I -3 Lucy

  • LUCILLE BALL WILL NEVER BE FORGOTTEN, SHE WAS A LEGEND AND HER LEGACY WILL CONTINUE FOREVER!!!! AND I'M SURE IN SAYING THAT "WE ALL LOVED LUCY, AND CONTINUE TO LOVE LUCY"

  • There will never be another Lucille Ball. I love you forever, Lucy!

  • Beautifully and tastefully done.

  • lol I just watched the loving cup episode on dvd. She was so funny.

  • @valzaidi on the lexington ave local. last stop (for lucy) flatbush ave.

  • Still loving Lucy!

  • That's my girl!

  • I'm Russian and I love Lucy. Her talent truly has no cultural boundaries. I laughed hard 10 years ago just like I do now watching I Love Lucy.

  • It's hard to believe they are all gone--Lucy, Desi, Vivian, Bill Frawley, Gale Gordon, Mary Jane Croft, ect.---their type of comedy can never be recreated. Lucy and her gang must be having a ball up in heaven making everybody laugh. Lucy, I can't believe you've been gone 20 years. Thank God we have you in our memories, in reruns, and mostly, in our hearts!

  • Lucy was magnificent and I love her still. She never has ceassed to make me laugh out loud at my lowest times. She never lets me down.

  • That was scary at the end wen u saw her!!! lol gud vid tho RIP lucy ball

  • not a stretch by any means to say, the best Comedienne of ALL TIME!!!!!

  • When she died at age 77, the comment was often made that her death was "untimely" and that she was taken away too soon. Our consolation has been the legacy of performances she left for us. Therefore in my opinion she never really died, but lives on and on. She is the ultimate rerun- and we never grow weary of seeing her. That is what makes her so unique.

  • Lucy is the greatest treasure television will ever know!

  • She was the Greatest! Never will there be anyone like her again. Talk about breaking the mold.

  • so the very end, with the video of her walking forward and smiling...it gave me the best chills of my life. it made me think that she was happy. anyone know where they pulled that scene from?

  • It's from her "Lucy in London" special from 1966.

  • Even Bob Hope might have said:If I knew I was going to live for a 100 years og age I would have taken better care of myself.:-))They never be replaced. Thanks!!

  • i love lucy

  • What a staple of my tv-watching days she was. Who else has the ability to make someone laugh for the 100th time watching the same scene from their comedy series?

Pick any sitcom today. You might laugh uproariously the first time you see it, chuckle the second, smile the third.

Yet I STILL laugh out loud at her classic scenes, even though I'd grown up watching them over and over again.

  • What a staple of EVERYONE'S TV-watching days she was! You said it perfectly. Great comment. :-)

  • I know EXACTLY what you mean. I've been watching I LOVE LUCY for over 40 years. I was watching I LOVE LUCY just this morning, laughing out loud as usual, and at an episode I must have seen a thousand times at least.

  • The sun will never set on Lucille Ball. I Love Lucy!!!!!

  • She will never be forgotton. Thank you so much for posting this.

  • thanks for posting!!!
