  • 10 years past ,then i meet one young dude from californua who knew who sche was ,and this happend in israel , funny

  • Thanks for the video. Great song, and Nina's guitar work is very underrated. I wish ACL would re-run this as often as they do Stevie Ray's show from the same era.

  • After seeing her on Austin City limits in the 80's, I've been a devout fan. Never forgotten! What a talent!

  • I was born when she died, much to my surprise. I adore her. A timeless songwriter whose songs withstand the years so very gracefully. I have shown these clips to many of my friends, and this year on the 10th of December we'll be getting together to cover some of her songs. Her songs deserve to be remembered.

  • I first heard her -- heard of her -- on the day she died. Been a fan ever since. I truly took to heart this line: "Find what it is that you really care about, and live a life that shows it" and have tried to do so.

  • It is such a treat to hear Kate and it so nice to read the comments of all of you who are so long-term touched by her music and beauty...

  • I got to know Kate briefly before she died. She was wonderful.

  • wow, what a treat. i miss her.

  • I first heard Kate 10 years ago. I still love her music. what an angel. beautiful rhythm.

  • So truly beautiful

  • Kate was one of the few people that would give me goosebumps whenever I had the opportunity to be in her presence as she did what she did. That, was nothing short of make magic through her music. She is someone whose presence and influence, long after she has left us on this earth, still is felt deeply by many.

  • She was one of a kind, and is at the top of folk performers. How sad to think of world without her!

  • Never mind about meeting her. Its a pitty, I really didn't mean to say "get to meet her". I kind of didnt know that she died. Im not trying to be funny here. Ive lost family members to cancer more then twice. I'm sorry. I know now cause my father walked in and read my comment, then he told me. Well its a shame, but now when I look to the sky I'll think of her. I know many others do too. Bless her!! - Kel Bel

  • I have her CD, and it has help me throgh alot of rough times...especially one of my song favs from the "Two Way Waltz". Not to mention my father knows her, I hope one day I get to meet her. I thank her for her music, I sometimes like to close my eyes and wonder off to a different world in my head. She is really a good singer, she has also inspired me. Thanks so much!! -Kel Bel

  • Kate seemed like such an amazing woman, both in talent and character. Now that I know of her, I am sharing her music with my friends and family. Even nominated one of her songs for my ukulele class to learn to play. Can't wait!Really wish I had been able to see her in person before she passed. I just know she is singing with the angels up there, making more beautiful music each day, and spreading love & peace. Thanks for your gifts Ms. Wolf...you will not be forgotten! :)

  • I'm with 00018 - I hope these stay up. Thanks.

  • Thanks for posting. I hope it stays up this time. Not many of Kate's Songs stay on here long. Thanks so much......gotta love it.

  • I was just thinking about Kate Wolf today, and emailed a friend, telling her how much I miss kate and her music. I also said "you're not standing like you used to"-was one of my all-time favorite songs of hers. Then I thought, what the heck, why not do a search for it....And here it is!!!!

    Thank-You very very much! -Brian.
