I'm thankful that Melissa is doing ok now. I remember seeing her on the Maury Show. All this time I was wondering if she survived. It was sure a close call, but at least she's not in the danger zone like she was for a long time. If it wasn't for the doctor's motivation, I don't think she would have made it, given the fact that she wanted to quit therapy.
It's funny, ever since I saw that show, years ago, I've been wondering about her and how she's doing. I was so happy to find this. She's such a beautiful woman and the more weight she gains, the prettier she gets. I was very thankful to find this video. I've wondered about her for years because her story on Maury totally captured me.
Isn't she the same anorexic featured on Maury Povic for years? I have to say, for all her illness struggles, she is a REAL warrior to have survived all these years that way. Whew! A tough-as-nails spirit...I hope she realizes it!
