Galician rythms have a lot of influences, and one of them is -of course- the radio in the middle of 20th century. Galician music is very rich, because it has very old tunes and rythms played now, also not so old tunes, and modern songs and rythms.

Based on the tunes, rhythms, and presentaton this music sounds more latin than celtic to me. Nice looking girl, though.

well is important to do a acotation, the galician traditional rythms are the same that the irish ones in jigs and another like to the scotish reel and watz, but the modern music like that of susana Seivane incorporates different rythm from around the world, and of course a latin influence from the migration process around the last century

@popoteusa C'est de la musique galicienne. Susana appartient à une famille porteuse de cette musique depuis au moins 3 générations. Son grand père était un fameux joueur de gaita, son père est un des facteurs importants qui on relancé cet instrument.
