This song might be the best, but cata rulz in gameplay and storyelements! My fav is the Vash'Jir storyline, with the new Forsaken starter campaing up to bout level 26 in second. Old Hillsbrand (spelling?) Foothils will never be the same again. Yo and Archeologie is cool too! Made myself some nice lvl359 items hehe.

Guys, in general this all comes down to an expression we have on danish called "You first realise what u had...when its gone" And i think, that that is what has happened. Everyone hates the guts out of the current expansion, and they miss it just as much as they hatet it when a new expansion hits

fuck wotlk and cata. shit back in the day if you didn't had skill you couldn't kill bitches in AV thus not getting honor points and medals and if you didin't get them and you wouldn't get epic gear and wouldn't go raiding. Skills = gear. back when epic gear lasted the whole game not now that every 3 months theres a new set of gear. fuck that 1 ticket back to BC please.

@arsenalkid47 Nobody is saying that about Cataclysm. Or Wrath. The point is that BC was the dividing line between Old-styled WoW and New-styled WoW. New WoW has all these bells and whistles that the old folks never wanted, or maybe just aren't used to, and BC was sort of the apex of old WoW's perfection. PvP was still a focus of Blizzard back then, Old Azeroth wasn't completely useless (like in Wrath).  It was just the beginning of something new that many of us old-timers didn't want.

Yeah, but with TBC i can understand.

They fixed the issue with gold. You have several quests you could do daily for a decent amount rather than, along with every other level 60, farm Tyr's hand for the elite's money. Raids had a linear progression, and provided a challenge even with Deadly Boss Mod, and it wasn't a case of "You do all this; next patch, people who do heroics get equivelant gear and PuG the new raid".

And most of all; the dungeon set, as a base to get into Karazhan.
