@DrumHong The life part is easy: just eat enough of the fruit growing around the land, and it'll go up pretty fast.

As for the stamina, that can be raised both by eating white lizard tails and by playing the same file over and over. Once your stamina meter is maxed out (or close to it), it's so large that it takes up a quarter of the screen. It stays transparent so that you can see - at least until you use it and it starts running down, at which point it slowly becomes visible again.

@Dynakirby63 No, the Colossi (the bosses) are the only enemies. The lizards are just... Lizards, lol. They wander around in certain places all throughout the game, and you can shoot them with your arrows or kill/slice them with your sword. :)

Well I don't know about the grip meter since I didn't see it pop up, but you don't have to cheat to get your health bar that high, and on normal mode my grip gauge is so big that only about a third of it can be seen on screen when it's full, and i haven't cheated in the game.
