Lower abs aren't a separate muscle, but they are a section of the abdominals. That's like saying there is no south America because it's all America. Lower abs exist hence the term lower abs.

I don't know where you heard this myth about "no such thing as lower abs" The way you work your lower abs consists of range of movement through various exercises. You can still train your bicep but if you don't follow a full range of motion you will only train certain parts of that muscle.

I know that BF depends from person to person, but in mostly case if BF over 11 abs in most case are under fat. @arj3191 Hello I have been watching a few of your videos and I'm pretty sure this would work.But I'm 14 so what workout would you recommend i check out and do.Im interested in mainly burning fat and losing weight, and maybe later down the road when I'm around 17-20 really start going for muscles, so i don't stunt my growth
