how to you stop the momentum in the last spin where you grip the bite handle from cutting you? Is it that your resting more on the tang pin than the blade itself?
@Bitehandle haha yea its a great tip i love your tutorials they're really some of the best on youtube. and i do the rollover to help get the gist of it but i still like just going straight into the throwout because i want to practice it to get it down well. also quick question what age did you start flipping? and if you find any time to put up a ladder tutorial i think it would be appreciated by many, just maybe some tips on how to make it transition smoothly im having problems with that haha
@kaaliaku no, i don't think 500 for any knife is a good deal. and what is the limited edition thing you are talking about?....i don't really keep up to date on knife stuff. but if they are making another run of 42's and selling them at that price..its ridiculous. I love my 42's for flipping but they are only worth 150 at most to me.
@Bitehandle ha finding a benchmade for 150 would be very nice. the 42 was originally sold for 280 and isnt made anymore, making it more valuable since its arguably the best flipper. Look at all the tutorials on here or any balisong trick site, they ALL use the 42. They are highly sought after..
Awesome Awesome Awesome tutorial! i'm getting the hang of it i'm just having a bit of trouble with the transition from the middle finger roll the the index roll.
@AdrianFlopez I think the middle to index transition is the easier part of this move...just think of it as the same transition in the helix from index to thumb....same concept basically, should help out mentally with the move.
Beautiful Move. Well orated. In my opinion, no one does this move better than sickoftheists (dude's smooth as silk covered in butter), but very nice tutorial
@TheRenaissanceReborn yeah sickoftheists is super smooth on this one..but what would you expect from the guy who created it? I'm still working on smoothing out the roll intensive moves since it really isn't my style.
@ArcBaliAngel yeah, it's a cool move, it's just personally not my preference to do alot of the fast flashy spinny/rolly type of stuff. I like watching that kind of style..but it's not really the kind of moves i do.
you make it look so effortless, great video, hope i get this down.

Can someone explain how to get the Spin down without it falling out of my hand? Plz
BeastyBruce 2 months ago
I can't get the momentum on my first rotation it won't spin all the way around should I try moving my wrist a little also?
BeastyBruce 2 months ago
The first thing he says is "it doesn't matter if the bite handle is on the right or the left."
First rule of balisong...ALWAYS FUCKING KNOW WHERE THE BITE HANDLE IS.
This niggas gonna cut his fucking fingers off.
hattric2001 2 months ago
@hattric2001 This move can be done with the bitehandle either on the left or right from the starting position, exactly like what i said in the vid.
first rule of balisong...ALWAYS KNOW WHAT YOU ARE FUCKING TALKING ABOUT.

@TaurusGflipper If you don't have dexterity in your fingers it is a very challenging move. Good luck though.

this move has had me screaming with pain becuse if you do the rolls slightly to much force or to little force you can slice fingers
