There are a lot of database management tools on the internet, however DbSchema it’s clearly a unique tool for database management.I'm using DbSchema to manipulate postgres database.
I've been looking for you, to no avail, sorry. But I wouldn't think it is much different than installing on linux, maybe you should look at that, then modify to do it on a Mac
Very nice tutorial. I enjoyed it. I am hoping you could help me with making automatic daily backup of the postgres database. I found this command "pg_dump". I can put it in a batch file and then put the batch file in windows scheduler. The problem is that the command asks for administrator's password. In the installation, there is no mention of administrator account. Please help. My people are entering so much data everyday and it is very annoying to take backup manually every day.
Concerning the administrator password, is it asking for the DB admin password or Windows Admin password?
If it is the postgres one, then by default there is no password, or in some circumstances, the password is "postgres". Concerning the Windows password, I am afraid, I can't help you there, your system's administrator should be able to help.
Mirrors do not work these days. No msi files only exe and here is problematic 9.x version with problem to write into 'TEMP' dir.
