That depend's from ur used device, if it's an newer HTC Phone you've the touchflo included, without the actionscreen and the other tings, but it's touchabled.
But i think mobileshell 2 brings the touchflo to every touchscreen wmob device..

Tap and hold and a menu will come out and they're you go you can delete and change your contacts.
